Villa Annirozi was perfect for a family holiday of 4 adults, 6 children and two babies. We used the recommended transfer company which was great, no problems and provided a baby seat and return for £90.The villa is very spacious all rooms had a balcony and great views. I had the bedroom on first floor with the suite jacuzzi which had a stunning view of calis beach and a walk in wardrobe with an electronic safe which we used to put passports and money in whilst staying, very simple to use. The roof terrace bedroom was just as stunning with more room and a bathroom too. The children were split between the two other bedrooms on the first floor using the beds and extra put up beds they also had a shower room, which meant there was no queues for the bathroom. There is also a toilet downstairs which was good. We used the two travel cots which still gave us plenty of room in the bedrooms and both babies slept comfortably. The villa downstairs was also spacious and modern with a homely feel there are dvds, cds and some english channels on the tv. Also you can rent dvds off the site which is a bonus. The kitchen and cooking utensils were all maintained in clean good condition. The terrace outside downstairs was very spacious and was excellent being next to the pool so we could easily keep an eye on the children. I would put the travel cot here in day as its kept shaded and still be able to have a sunbathe in the sun within easy reach of my baby. As we went end of august majority of the time we had the pool to ourselves which great and when there was other people around the pool we never felt like it was intruding on our space. It was always very comfortable and relaxing. The villa had there own sun loungers which was great. The bbq was good to have we used it a couple of times. Having the washer was fantastic and having maidens provided was very helpful i would dry the clothes on the balcony and again still have plenty of room on the balcony to sit and enjoy the views. The staff on site were fantastic very helpful and keep the site very clean and maintained daily. The security man is close to the villa he starts in the evening till morning which gave us that extra sense of security, he would make regular checks round the site through his shift. When sitting around the villa outside there was a lovely breeze off calis beach which was great for the babies and kids as the heat didnt get to them. The beach itself was pebbly but very nice and relaxing with stunning views of the mountains. The local shops were great and all within walking distance. The locals were all very nice too. We hired a car a few times and ventured to olu denis and fethiye town which were lovely. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this villa for anyone with babies and kids young and old. The whole experience was fantastic and i would return again. Also lorraine the owner was fantastic for answering any general enquiries and arranging transport for us.

Great Villa loads of space and was clean and all in good order. Only minus was that the managers/spare keys were hard to get hold of and there were a couple of missing things in the kitchen - no pan large enough for a family to cook pasta or rice! Thats a minor issue though. We found it very family friendly as was the location generally, although the local Calis beach was stony, no sand in sight, however there was a brilliant beach about 10 mins up the road by car really sandy and very family friendly with plenty of shade. I wish I remembered the name of it. We stayed at a reasonably cheap rate as a late booking, and there were only 5 of us, but even and current rates its a great deal for a larger party, and the villa had 8 comfy beds in 4 separate bedrooms, so thinking of returning with friends. Pool was great and cleaned daily, and the toddler pool right next to it was great too. Only minor niggle was that morning swims were out for our 2 year old as the garden/pool man used to sprinkle in the chemicals by hand at around 9am and we worried that they needed time to disperse! Generally a very family friendly resort as nice and safe for little ones and a huge choice of restaurants and local shop to buy salad, etc, plus more shops a 20 min walk away which we used a bit (and the market was good too). As the villa is situated right at the end of the "resort" its very quiet and not touristy in feel, but with all the bars/restaurants, etc just 2 mins across the road. Also really handy for buses as they all stop just outside the villas! Definitely would recommend this as a nice spacious good quality villa with pool for a larger party.

Wow - a great villa in a great location. Accomodation is fantastic, 4 double bedrooms all nicely decorated and with balconies with sea views. Downstairs living area roomy and airy: loved just walking out to the terrace over looking the main pool. Cant fault the accomodation very clean and nicely kept. The children loved being on the doorstep of the main pool and kept themselves amused for hours! The complex is very well kept & very pretty. The complex staff are lovely, the lady manager so helpful & nothing is too much trouble. The owner was very helpful while booking and gave us some great tips for the holiday. We took some of Lorrraines advice on where to eat and each meal was delicious, we recommend Bostans & Bella Mamas. the Fish market in Fethiye is a must. You choose your own fish from the market and take it to one of the may restaurants who will cook it for you for a small charge, quite an experience. Eating out is very reasonable for families and the children were welcome everywhere we went. We did the 12 island boat trip, a fantastic day out. The Tuesday market is a sight to behold with the rows and rows of fresh produce. It was hot during the day but a lovely breeze and the pool kept us cool. This was our first time to Turkey and we absolutely loved it and will be returning. We made a lot of use of the dolmus or local bus which stops just outside the complex & the water taxi, worth the 4 lira cost to take you into Fethiye. Lots of shops & restaurants in Fethiye which is a delightful town built around the harbour. Calis is relaxed resort with lots of bars & restaurants serving all sorts of food. No one will go hungry. Cant believe we are home and are busy planning our next trip. Thank you Villa Annirozi & Lorraine for a great holiday. The Bridge Family

Just returned from staying at Villa Annirozi with my family. The villa was fantastic, well kept clean & very conveniently located, in a quiet location but very close to the beach and a short walk to the local bars & restaurants. The complex is lovely as are the staff on site, very helpful and all speak good English. All the family enjoyed the holiday, there was lots to do in the area, we did get out and about - 12 Island boat trip, trip to Dalyan. We also enjoyed just sitting by the pool. The pool is just outside the villa which was fantastic. All the bedrooms are a good size, the living area & kitchen well equiped & very comfortably. We would reccomend this villa, it is very good value, Lorraine goes out of her way to ensure everything is right & is very helpful. We would definitly look to return. All in all a very good time was had by all.

Very nice villa well kept in general except of some details that the houseowner took care of during the stay or promised to fix afterwards very close to pools so you can watch the kids from the veranda Location excellent as beach promenade very close minibuses to Fethiye stop right in front of the entrance unexpensive area. Dont expect too much regarding nearby restaurants.

This villa is a dream and the owner Lorraine very very helpful. Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. All the family were very impressed with the villa. It was spacious, very nicely decorated and just a joy for everyone. All bedrooms are nice expecially the top floor & the master four poster! The 3 Bathrooms were large and very clean. Downstairs the open plan living room & kitchen was perfect for a family. Kitchen is fully equipped though we ate out a lot or had a barbie on the terrace. Seaviews all around. The complex is lovely & the staff great. Lots to do round Calis, restaurants very good quality food & very reasonable. Did a few trips I recommend the jeep safari - very dusty. Just chilling out by the pool was very nice. The villa is just by the main pool which is fantastic and you have your own space just outside the villa by next to the pool. Some people had to drag their chairs fromthe villas round the back to the pool, but none of that for us. Kids made friends which was great for us adults. Lorraine is very helpful & cant do enough for you. We will most certainly book again.

This is a very nice villa, very well kept and decorated. It was probably the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. It had everything that we needed for a very enjoyable family holiday. The pool is large & clean and just outside the villa. The complex was lovely very green and it is just a stones throw away from the beach. The kids loved it. The owner Lorraine is very nice & helpful and arranged things like the transfers. The accomodation cant be faulted, every bedroom has a view, the living room and open plan kitchen were very roomy. The location was great not far from the bars & resturants. Great beach bar & lounge area just along the beach, great for kids to play & adults to chill out. I can totally recommend this villa. You never know what you are going to get but we were very pleasently surprised by villa and the complex. Perfect for families.

This is a fabulous villa. Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a great holiday. The villa is actually nicer then the photos on the site if that is possible. It was a fair bit larger then we expected. The views from the main bedroom & the top floor terrace very excellent, every bedroom has a balcony or terrace. It was great in the morning coming out onto the balcony and have a cuppa and enjoy the magnificent sea views. The standard of accommodation is excellent, the property was spotless on arrival & the beds made up beautifully with lovely white sheets. All bathroom are clean & modern. The complex is just lovely, lots of flowers & colour. The villa is just by the main pool which was never busy. There is a little bar on site great for kid's ice-creams & grown up's beer. To get to the beach you go out of the front gate walk 40 metres and there you are - fantastic, the kids loved the trips to the beach - no are we nearly there! Location wise it was excellent, 5 mins walk to the nearest shop & restaurant. There is a booklet in the villa that tells you everything you need to know. We loved Bella Mama's, Calis Beach Restaurant & Georges. The food was good quality wherever we went. The dolmus (a little bus) was an experience and great fun, the water taxi from Calis to Fethiye is a must. I can recommend this villa & location, great for families and couples. Lorraine is very helpful & she does her most to ensure you have a good time. She arranged the transfers and gave us lots of tips. This villa is good value and you get what you pay for. We so enjoyed our holiday in Turkey, we want to go back. We looked at a number of villas & locations & this has to be one of the nicest villas on one of the best located complex's. Julia, Paul, Olga & Ant & the children.

We booked this property after being let down through a double booking. It took a lot of searching for as it had to meet a set criteria as there were 6 adults and 1 infant going. I must say, the double booking was the best thing that happened to us. Annirozi exceeded all our expectations! The Villa is clean an spacious, the furniture is of excellent quality. There is everything in the villa that anyone could need. The washing machine was an absolute godsend! The pool directly outside the villa is large and cleaned daily. This however does not appear to be stopping most people from getting ear and eye infections. This is the pool cleaners problem though and nothing to do with Annirozi. We did not see the baby pool ever cleaned. There is a small booklet written by the owners for you to browse through when you get there, and if you read this, you'll have no problems with anything, it is full of very clear instructions and information. There is also a guest book to sign when you leave, however it doesn't apear to have been found very often. When Lorraine, the owner found out we needed to hire a travel cot, she went out of her way to find all the information we needed, then when she found further bookings taking small children and babies, she went out and bought 2 travel cots! This is the kind of service no one can quibble with. I wrote on numerous occasions to Lorriane, asking sometimes very simple and stupid questions, but she answered everyone, with I might add total honesty. Calis itself is a beautiful place, strolling along the beach front on a night, watching the sun setting, eating at Bella Mamma's, what more could anyone ask. There is also tons to do during the day, trips over to Fethiye, boat trips, Jeep safari to name but a few, stay away from the Quad biking in Calis though, as this has been taken over from the man who used to run it and is now just a total rip off. £25, for supposedly 4 or 5 hours quading with lunch. The lads came back totally bored! They had to drive in a single line formation, never even getting to 30 mph. Not allowed to do any of the things they used to do, just slow driving up to the woods, straight in and out of the water and back to Calis. Martin was sooooo disappointed with this as he did it 4 years ago and had raved about it to our son in laws, only to feel a fool when they came back. All I can think of to say now is a huge thank you to Lorraine and Larry, for allowing us to use their beautiful home. Our first family holiday with our beautiful baby grand daughter Reanna-Leigh, could not have been spent in a nicer place. Marion & Martin Rusling, Becky, Lee & Reanna-Leigh, Niki & Craig XXX

We visited in Aug 2007 I agree with all the reviews about the villa. It is lovely, clean and spacious. There were 7 in our party (5 adults and 2 teenagers) and we never felt crowded. Each room has it’s own balcony (the second floor balcony is huge and we watched the beautiful sunset from here) and there are plenty of sun loungers. Lorraine arranged our transfers and they were great and prompt – it’s only 50 mins to the villa from Dalaman airport. The temperature in August was punishing however the air-con and pool were a God send. It was lovely just to walk out on to the patio and then a few steps into the pool. Although the large pool is shared it never felt crowded (there are others pools but we didn’t feel the need to use these). The shops are a minute away – the bread is cheap and lovely. The fruit is lovely from the markets (as well as the pancakes and kebabs). There is a Sunday market in Calis (the bus/dolmus will drop you off there if you ask them) and Tuesday in Fethiye (this is larger). The bus stop is next to the complex and is so handy to pop into Fethiye, which is a lovely marina with lots of shops. It is only 1L (40p) and will drop you off anywhere along the route. Be aware that there are 2 different buses (red and green) the red buses take about 15 mins longer as they seem to go all over. You can catch a further bus from Fethiye (with air con) to Hisonaru and Olu Deniz. Olu Deniz is beautiful. We did pay a small amount to go into the Blue Lagoon however it was so crowded in high season we came back out on to the main beach area. We went on a day trip to Dalyan – the beach there is lovely and sandy (shale and pebbles in Calis and Olu Deniz) although the sea can be quite rough (walk to the right side of the beach and there is a small inlet of calm beautiful water with an amazing view). You can also catch a water taxi to/from Calis for 3L, which is about 10 mins walk away. The highlight for me was the paragliding. Honestly you have to do it, it’s so peaceful when you are in the air and the view is beyond words. We flew with a company called Pegam (I think that’s spelt right) although I wouldn’t recommend them as the jeep broke down twice and we had to wait for 2 hrs on the mountain. People selling these trips will promise you lots of things e.g. we were promised an air conditioned jeep – it was a jeep without a roof on! The strip of restaurants is just a couple of minutes away but it doesn’t encroach on the complex in any way. The food is lovely and well priced. We enjoyed the food at the Lighthouse however the music is way too loud (try and find a night when they don’t play it). Bella Mamas was nice too. We also discovered ice-cream cake and solid ice-cream that you have to eat with a knife and fork from Mado on the strip (seriously addictive). There is also a small bar on the complex which was handy although my fiancé had discovered the local raki which we bought from the shops 2 mins away. The dishwasher and washing machine were a welcome luxury and the teens enjoyed the fact there was a tv and dvd player. Do not fly Onur Air – it is the basic of the basic. No tv or radio stations and the staff just look unhappy or tired. The temperature on the plane is stifling and the air con doesn’t work. The toilets smell. They do suffer from delays as well (we had a 12hr delay with no information – had to keep ringing home to try and find out anything). Lorraine is so helpful and never tired of the amount of questions I asked her. I will definitely book this villa again so much so we are considering getting married in Turkey and booking the villa for our guests. Kebabs won’t be the same at home.

This is such a lovely villa in a really nice complex. My family and I had a really nice & relaxing two weeks. The villa is very well decorated, the bedrooms all nicely furnished & it was a joy to have such nice bathrooms; no arguments. We ate out most nights, Lorraine suggested a few restaurants and all were very good and reasonably priced. We did the jeep safari & that was such a laugh. We loved the location right on the beach, we actually went the other way from Calis along the beach & found some lovely little restaurants with sun beds and our own little piece of heaven. I would recommend this villa to anyone and I thought we got excellent value for money. The area is great very laid-back & has something for everyone. There is lots to do, if you want to or just laze by the pool (my favourite). The one thing money can't buy is the info we got from Lorraine who is very helpful and really goes out of her way to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Other members of our family (my brother & his family) had been out before (and recommemded the villa) and I most certainly want to go back as there is a lot more to do.

Wow, what a lovely villa and complex. I have just come back (May 2007) from a lovely week spent at Villa Annirozi. The villa is beautifully decorated, the living area was spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could have wanted in it - including a dishwasher. I has the front master bedroom with the 4 poster, this was a lovely room, I especially liked the large ensuite bedroom & the walk in dressing room. All the other bedrooms were just as nice. The complex is very green and well cared for. I think the complex is probably the best located in the area. It is right on the beach. Highlights of our trip was a trip to Daylan. We also enjoyed the numerous restaurants on offer and we never had a bad meal. Watch out for the raki - one of those and you are flying. Great fun, Lorraine is very helpful, will almost certainly return. A lovely relaxing holiday.

Just got back with the family form 1 week (oct 20) at Villa Annirozi - just had to drop a line to say what a great time we had & how great the villa was. We have 3 kids and the grandparents came with us - lots of room for everyone. No fighting over the rooms we had the main bedroom and Mum & dad had the pentsuite bedroom, which they were very happy with (I think to be away from the kids). The wife was also very happy with the dishwasher and I fancied myself as the bbq king. We bought lots of fish & meat & veg from the shops in the fish market and even the kids eat everything. The weather was a bit changable sometimes, though it didn't rain for long. The tv & dvd was a god send and the kids were quite happy to sit down & take some time out. The villa lived up to our expectaions & I have some brownie points from the wife and kids. We are thinking of going thinking of going back in the summer of next year. The cost of this holiday was very reasonable got quite cheap flights & booked the villa last min. Malcom & the rest of the Dale family.

This is a really nice villa. We stayed there the first week of October. Every thing was perfect, the days were warm, the views lovely & we founds lots to to. The villa it's self was very roomy, very nicely decorated. It was great to have a dishwasher and the kitchen had everything you wanted. We made use of the bbq and sat outside watching the sun go down - the sunsets are stunning. The living area of the villa was very nice as are the bedrooms. We has the 4 poster room, which was lovely, a nice large balcony, lovely bathroom and a girls best friend - a dressing room. All the beds were nicely made up when we arrived and the villa was spotless. The complex itself is very nice, lots of flowers, trees and very green. The lage swimming pool is just outside the house. There was lots to do, we took a couple of trips - I would reccomend the 12 island trip and the jeep safari. We were surprised about the quality of restaurants in Calis - lots of choice and we didn't have a bad meal. Lorraine was very helpful & see arranged our transfers for us - hassle free. We liked the area very much and it was useful to have the local mini bus stop right outside the complex. Calis restaurants & bars are a very short walk away, Fethiye is a bus ride away or take the water taxi. Evenings were a little cooler but still nice in October. I would like to go back & we are thinking about next May.

We had such a lovely time at the villa, great location, right next to the beach and just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. Villa was very tastefully decorated and our needs catered for. We eat, drank & lazed in the sun. Highlight for us was renting a boat for the day £70 for 7 of us inc lunch - magnificent. The villa & the the complex is great, the gardens lovely. We were 2 couples & there was lots and lots of space & no fighting over the best room as there was 2 beautiful rooms each with their own plus's The owners are very helpful and we were armed with a list of places to hit. Would definitley go back - Laura, Jack, Sally & Brian

Loved the villa, Calis was great lots of lovely restaurants. Lorraine is extreamly helpful, lots of good advise and local information. Can't recommend it enough. Highlights are Bella Mammas restaurant, the chinese food @ Georges, the water taxi ride from Fethiye at night to calis - very romantic. Our room was the pentsuite - lovely & private, away form the rest of the group, the terrace is great for early evening drinks. It didn't swapping the master suite even with it's 4 poster. We were 2 families whi shared & it was great. The villa is fully equipped with anything you could possible want. I want to go back..thanks for a great holiday. Marisa, Andrew & Lola

What a great holiday we had at VIlla Annirozi in Calis. Arranged everything through Lorrainee via email, we were met at the airport by the transfer company on time, mini bus was air-conditioned and the 50 min drive to the villa was very pleasent. WElcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival and the rep was there to welcome us with the keys. We loved the villa - lots of room & beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed having a villa holiday & would recommend it. The villa gardens were very nice & it was lovely to sit on the terrace and look at the blaze of colour around us. The villa is in a great location, it really is on the beach, it is at the end of the promanade in Calis a short walk to bars & resturants. The local bus is just outside the complex - very handy. We loved our holiday and will be returning. The villa was great, Turkey was great and the whole experience was great.

Hi Lorraine & Larry

Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us stay at your villa we had a great time at Villa Annirozi.

It was so relaxing, we planned to do so many things in the end it took me until mid-day to prise myself from the sunbeds on the master bedroom balcony to the sunloungers by the pool. We found lots of great bars & restaurants - tks for some of the reccomendations.

The villa is looking great and the gardens fantstic, have been showing my photos to everyone at work and the tan looks great, I think you may get a few enquiries - I hope so. Is the villa free in September as we would loved to go back for a week.

Rebecca & Jason.

We weren't sure what to expect, as this was our first visit to Turkey and everything was organised over the telephone & by email. True to form & as Lorraine said, we were meet at the airport by the transfer company (ontime) & driven to Calis (about 50mins). The entrance to Seaside is quite impressive, you are dropped on the beachside and you walk up a long path to the complex. There are plam trees swaying in the wind & the gardens are lovely. We walked into the living area of the villa and were amazed by the space, it was great as there 7 of us we never once felt on top of each other. The villa is beautiful and fully equipped & it was great to have the pool just outside. We really enjoyed our week here and will definitely being returning at some point in the future. Great time at your lovely villa, it was so much more then expected & the 4-poster was a nice suprise. I can honestly say it had everything we needed. Kids loved the space & the pools!

Loved calis, so laid back & friendly. Will definitly return. Great for families - not expensive to eat out.

Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for the email - we had a fabulous time! Cant believe I am back in
cold old England and work....erggh!

We had such a lovely time, the villa is gorgeous, everyone was very
impressed. You are so lucky to have it, it looks like the whole area is
about to kick off, especially with the new airport being finished next
year.

We had a great time - lots of swimming and relaxing by the pool, lots of
lovely eating and drinking and generally relaxing. We made good use of
the Dolmus - what a service, went to Fethyie, hired a boat for the day,
went to Oludeniz and overall had a lovely time. The weather was awesome,
everyone is very jealous of my tan!

The transfers and everything were fine and the estate agent was waiting
for us when we got there which was great.

I will be recommending the villa to everyone!

Cheers

Mailie
