Having stayed in villa accommodation in USA on previous occasions this villa was by far the best. The furnishings and everything in the house is to a high specification and certainly exceeded our expectation. It is in a very quiet location but still very easy to get to the Theme Parks and great golf courses. Thank you Shelley and Mark for making our holiday perfect!! We hope to return again.

JUST ARRIVED HOME AFTER TWO WEEKS IN PARADISE COVE. PROPERTY CLEAN AND ROOMY.VERY CONVENIENT FOR EVERYTHING AND STILL QUIET ENOUGH TO UNWIND AT THE END OF THE DAY.PLENTY OF EVERYTHING IN HOUSE FOR US.DEFINITELY BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY THAN SOME OF THE PROPERTIES WE HAVE STAYED IN ON OUR LAST FEW VISITS TO FLORIDA

The house met all my expectation and then some!!! The house was very roomy and the kitchen is huge and the cupboards was fully stocked. The house was very clean and neat. It looks like a model home. All the kids are still talking about how fun the house was. It was so helpful that there is a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We saved probably a good $1,000 by staying at this house. I Will try to book it again this year. Hopefully, it will be available. It was easy to book and the owner,Sue is very friendly and called me back when I requested her to. The BEST

We had a wonderful stay at the retreat on emerald island resort. The club house staff leave a lot to be desired,but that’s not your fault. Everything was clean and neat. We felt very welcomed when we walked in and saw the dining room table all set! The layout was perfect for our large family gathering. There were plenty of dishes, towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc. It was great having all the dvd’s (although we didn't watch any!) and all the games (which we did play with). My only criticism is that the pool was not warm enough., the weather was quite cool, although sunny. It would have been nicer if the pool could have been warmer and if the hot tub had instructions. Anyway, we enjoyed your villa very much and would definitely recommend it to friends
