A hallway lead us to the bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and to family bathroom with shower.

Is accessed parking area inside the plot through an automatic door. By stairs accessing the pool area with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing and relaxing. Other stairs lead us to the large covered terrace, ideal for al fresco meals and evenings and where you can enjoy beautiful views over coast. This villa is located in the north-west of town in the countryside, on the bed of the Rio Chillar. Located just 5 minutes drive from the center and 2 minutes drive to the famous Burriana beach with its picnic areas, bars, souvenirs and where you can practice a wide variety of water activities and sports.
