Very impressed with this property. yes like mentioned in the other review the lights do cut out when you have to much on the go, but that was not a problem we figured it out and it didnt spoil our time. Shared pool i thought was gonna be crowed but it was practically ours..Like again in the above review bring DVDs and also make sure u pack your converter..Theres a jacuzzi bath which is cool, and shutters on every window so you know your belongings are safe.. The owners are nice too, so chilled and relaxed and speak fluent English, which was great coz we got lost on the way there.Car recommended.Property recommended.

We (family of 4) have just returned from two weeks at this lovely, spacious, modern apartment. The apartment and maid service met expectations. It is essential that you have a car for this property as it is 5-10mins drive into Vilamoura and a good 45min walk. The property is situated on the edge of town and it is in a very peaceful residential area with no immediate facilities. We had the pool to ourselves for the whole fortnight which was nice to have! The only negative were the electrics - it is totally impossible to cook a whole meal (hob & oven) with the lights or air con on as the fuse tripped out the whole time! The electrical load is very poor. Other than that, a fantastic holiday had by all in an excellent apartment.

we had a lovely week at this apartment, it was very nice inside, clean and new. The area is very quiet and peaceful but with not much around for eating so i would defo recommend a car as it is 10 mins drive from everything in the centre and marina. be a good hour to walk it.
There are a few golf resorts around that we walked to for a bite to eat one night which was less expensive than the marina and tasty too at the oceanic golf course.
we went with our one year old and found the apartment very safe with its enclosed balcony. we also hired a travel cot and high chair for 20 euros for the week.
Vilamoura is a lovely resort, the marina is quite glamerous but pricey. there are many resaurants bars etc to choose from and i am sure in time the area will be developed to have more around it. i would defo return to the vilamoura again.
the apartment has a built in sound system in every room which you could connect to an ipod if take right cables. the tv has 3 channels so if travelling with kids recommend taking dvds.
the apartment had everything we needed apart form an ironing board. we tried the BBQ on the balcony a few time which was great and the washer dryer and dishwasher were very handy.
we travelled from 13th june-20th june and it was 30 every day and very hot midday sun not a could to be seen :) . Felasa beach we visited many mornings - 10 euro to hire a sun lounger for half a day if need shade, there is another beach we walked bast at the otherside of the marina next trivoli hotel, which has couches and a lovely looking restaurant and i am sure some famous faces too.
overall a great holiday, great apartment away from hussle and bustle.
