The apartment The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for the owners own use. The apartment faces south-west and although in a quiet location is near local supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is ideally located for all sports activities as well as touring or simply relaxing. The pool is one of the largest in the town and has a separate childrens pool. Out and aboutTerrace with awning off living room, only a short walk to the pool. There is a second terrace off main bedroom leading into a private garden. Landscaped gardens and lawns with a large swimming pool and childrens pool. Loungers and beach chairs are provided.Calahonda beach is 20 minutes walk away, or there is local transport available from outside the apartment. There are many sandy beaches nearby with water sports and safe bathing even for children.The La Siesta 9 hole par 3 golf course adjoins the block and there are many golf courses in the area. Malaga airport is an easy 30 min drive.Across the road is the Club del Sol with clay tennis courts, gym, sauna and other facilities. Many social events are organised at the club. Touring Andalucia is marvelous with Malaga, Ronda, Granada, and many interesting towns and villages up and down the coast. Gibraltar and even Morocco can be visited in a day. Spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco can be seen from the viewing platform of the apartment block. For those interested in sports we are ideally placed for the many golf courses, tennis courts, etc. in the area. Of course the nearby beaches are magnificent with safe bathing for children. Water sports are also available.
