Once you arrive at your Tenerife holiday apartment in Palm Ridge you will see that everything is within walking distance. a 2 min walk takes you to a supermarket, a handful of restaurants and a lively bar showing sport by the day and having entertainment in the evening.

In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A short walk from your villa takes you to the new marina that separate Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf, where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

For the avid golfer you have views from the roof terrace into the 27 hole golf course at Golf Del Sur in one direction and are within walking distance of the 18 hole course at Amarilla too!!

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is beautifully furnished with 2 a sofas, dining room table and chairs, flat screen TV with satellite TV (Sky). Patio doors open to the large terrace.

Kitchen : The kitchen is immaculate and brand new. It consists of an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and is fully equipped.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have twin beds, fans and fitted wardrobes. Two have ensuite and there is a separate 3rd bathroom too.


Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
