Villa Federica is in the center of Desenzano del Garda which is situated on the banks of the lake. This beautiful and historic town offers fun and entertainment, as well as many opportunities for relaxation. Located near the famous Garda amusement parks, Desenzano also has a lot to offer to water sports enthusiasts. This Liberty style villa is surrounded by a large, fenced garden which includes a private swimming pool (6 x 10 m) and lots of peaceful corners where guests can sit and relax. The town center and railway station are just a short walk away. The villa has high quality furnishings, central heating, as well as air conditioning in the double bedrooms. The kitchen, which has an oven and dishwasher, leads onto the terrace with dining area, overlooking the swimming pool. Desenzano is surrounded by small, characteristic towns that are well worth visiting such as Lazise, Peschiera, Salò and, in particular, Sirmione. In the medieval center of Sirmione is the Centro Benessere Aquaria, at the center of a vast park overlooking the lake, which has been famous since Roman times for the therapeutic properties of the spa waters that are considered to have beneficial properties for beauty and general health. The local gastronomy of Desenzano is excellent. The wine produced in the area is called Lugana and the extra virgin olive oil is also of a very high quality.
