This cosy villa is superbly located in a mere 900 hundred metres from the excellent amenities of Areias de São, were the famous Albufeira Strip is. you can find restaurants, shops, bars, plenty of activities do do. This is the ideal villa to park the car and enjoy your holiday with everything within a walking distance. Albufeira’s city centre is 3 minutes away by car and 15 minutes walking
There is also a garden area with a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, Coffee Machine, toaster, hob, oven, iron...

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. This is a place where people live to the rhythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discos that enliven the night-time hours. Sports are also a good reason to come and stay in Albufeira. Tennis, golf, water sports and much more make the delights of the most demanding sportsmen Albufeira- A long strip of sand with the city surrounding it like an amphitheatre, it is made up of three beaches: Peneco, Pescadores and Inatel.
Next to Inatel you find Forte São João Beach, and the villa is in 300m from this beach.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

We spent two weeks at this lovely villa and it was very comfortable and homely. The villa is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The 4 bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage. The villa is secure and is only a short walk into the main town of Albufeira or to Oura. Along the sea front there are plenty of restaurants. If you dont hire a car the public transport is very good and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this villa as the description and facilities are accurate, the villa was clean and well maintained.

We had a lovely holiday. This is our second visit and we highly recommend this villa and its location, superb pool and comfortable accommodation. Peaceful location but just 5 minutes walk to the strip and 10/15min walk to Albufeira for its restaurants & nightlife . Beaches close by and close to Algarve Shopping with great hypermarket and shops. Highly recommended.

This villa is fantastic and well thought out, as a family group of 8 adults we have a weeks holiday together every year and finding a villa with all the amenities near and with 4 bedrooms and space for everyone was wonderful. Our holidays together are mainly for "recharging the batteries" and the villa is great for that too, fab pool bbq and tv.... and the fantastic beach in 5min walk...just FANTASTIC!!

Top Year Round Villa We have stayed at this property twice already and I look forward to going back in 2012. The villa is great and has all the modern comforts - but more importantly it has style and atmosphere. Good location, 5min walk from the beautifull beach - forte sao joao, and 10min walk from the strip and Oura beach.
