LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

The villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom golf villa situated in a prime location on an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, within the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. Highlands Reserve is widely regarded as one of the most luxurious and perfectly situated sub-divisions in the Disney area.

This exclusive air-conditioned villa is only 10 minutes from the magical resort of Disney and all other major attractions. We have an on-site 18 hole Championship golf course (par 72), and are also extremely close to many other prestigious courses - including several world-class golf courses.

We selected a villa here based on two important factors - location and quality! The idyllic setting, coupled with the close proximity to the major attractions ensures that it provides an ideal holiday retreat for families and golfing parties alike, and the size, quality and design of the villa makes it stand out from many other Florida villas.

As the villa has two Master Bedroom Suites with large luxurious beds, it is ideal for two families to share the property. A further two bedrooms each have twin beds, and there is an additional queen-sized sofa-bed in the second of the two living rooms.

This villa is luxuriously furnished and will cater for your every need, ensuring you experience a luxurious holiday of a lifetime, often for far less than a hotel would cost.

A number of upgrades have recently been implemented in the villa, and photos of the changes will be posted on the website soon.

Upgrades include :
Installation of complementary wireless high-speed internet access and high-specification desktop PC for guest use.
A fully equipped games room (including full-sized pool table, full-sized air-hockey table, table football, and electronic twin basketball game).
Upgraded decoration, furniture, and furnishings.
Luxury bedding and linens in all bedrooms (minimum 300-400 thread count).
All bedrooms now have a TV or TV/DVD unit, and benefit from cable TV.
Compliementary use of mountain bikes.
In-pool mood lighting system.

The villa benefits from a private, screened, South-facing swimming pool, and gets sun all day long. The pool has an extended deck area, and has a large, furnished shaded area which provides a fantastic setting for al fresco dining. There is also a ceiling fan for your added comfort. In addition to the private pool, guests have complementary use of the communal pool if they wish. Guests may also have complementary use of the Highlands Reserve childrens play areas and the private tennis facilities. Rackets and balls are provided in the villa for your use.

Highlands Reserve is also near to many nature trails, should you wish to take advantage of the spectacular surroundings on foot.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED!

Unlike many villas, the prices we quote include all taxes and bills. The only other charges will be for any other optional extras that you select, such as pool heating or daily maid service etc.

We provide all linens and towels for the whole of your stay, and you have every facility at your disposal to ensure that you have a 'home from home' during your stay.

We have included everything from the essentials such as a cooker, washing machine and dryer - through to a home cinema system, hairdryers, cable tv, and a fully equipped games room.

The villa is close to many major attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, crazy-golf, malls, and has easy access to the highway networks.

The nearest beach is less than an hours drive away if you fancy relaxing by the sea.

To appreciate all that Florida has to offer, we suggest that a car is essential.

It is situated in the most exclusive part of the Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, in an extremely sought after location. The villa is extremely private, and you are able to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the usual close proximity and intrusion from neighbours. Highlands Reserve is a challenging par 72 championship golf course, regarded as one of the best in the Orlando area. The villas recent upgraded facilities make it one of the most luxurious and best value villas in the Disney area. We provide any assistance we can to ensure that guests have a truly memorable stay, and as a testimony to this and the quality of the accomodation, we benefit from a large number of repeat guest bookings.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Just a line to thank you for the hire of your Villa, which proved to be a perfect base for our holiday. The facilities and location were excellent, one of the best villas we have rented. Position on the H27 is ideal, we really enjoy this location as it is away from the hub-bub of the 192, while still giving you convenient access to the I4 and the Toll Roads for getting around. The Publix supermarket provided all that we needed and we enjoyed a couple of visits to the local Applebees, friendly staff and a lively atmosphere, it was always v. busy so that is a good sign. We took advantage of the Sun Pass on our van rental, which was brilliant and saved a lot of toll fee hassle on some of our jaunts to the Parks, Gulf and Cocoa Beach. We also took your advice and visited Fort de Soto and had a great day over there kayaking with the dolphins. Thanks once again for the rental and a perfect base to enjoy Florida and all it has to offer.

Our stay the villa onHighlands Reserve was fantastic We were within a short distance from the golf course which our husbands used at least five times during our stay. The villas is extremely handy for all shopping areas, theme parks and restaurants. The villa itself was great and in a quiet position. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will return one day. Claire Heaney the owner goes an extra mile to make sure your stay is as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We had twelve sunshine filled days. Looking forward to visiting again when further refurbishments are complete.

This property fully met our expectations and was the perfect base to enjoy our Theme Park holiday with the children. Ideally located for easy access to all the attractions and a Supermarket 5 mins away for all your needs. The standard of furnishing was excellent, the pool area safe for children and a well equipped games room provided entertainment for those spare moments. This property has the added advantage of being adjacent to the property managers Chris and Andrew who provided prompt response to all of our queries and needs.

Absolutely wonderful!! We cannot fault any part of our holiday, we so didn't want to come home, VERY, VERY clean, tidy, well looked after and all the lovely bathroom soaps etc made it absolutely superb. Definately would recommend it and we will definately go back - tomorrow if possible!
