This villa had everything plus that you could need for a holiday and the rep was excellent and was so so helpful. The pool was lovely and warm, we had a few problems with different things but they were sorted out quickly but certainly never spoilt our holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa. It was very well equiped and comfortable. Lovely pool and nice patio with four sun loungers and a patio set. What we desperately needed was a couple of sun umbrellas to provide some shade as sadly a lot of the time we couldnt make use of these items because it was too hot to sit without shade, Turgetreis was a lovely town with a beautiful coastline and plenty of good places to eat. The Turkish people as ever were so friendly and hospitable. We took dolmus rides to several other beautiful villages. Great value for money only £1.50 each for the furthest trip - a visit to Bodrum. With the dolmus so cheap and very cheap taxi fares there was no need to hire a car which was not only a great saving but also meant a very relaxing holiday for the driver in the family! A trip further afield to Kos was more expensive at 28 euros return but it was most enjoyable. There was a very useful information folder in the villa which gave information about the peninsula but sadly didnt contain villa information or any useful local information such as details of where to catch the bus/dolmus from the villa and the relevant times etc. Also a map of Turgetreis would have been very useful so that one could locate the post office, the dolmus station etc and also to work out the shortest/quickest route to walk to the town. We found a short cut and could stroll to town in about 15/20 minutes. As it was a downhill walk (not steep but nevertheless downhill) we always had a taxi back which was only £4 so much cheaper than a hire car for the day! All in all a great holiday and great value for money. It was a pleasure to stay in this villa. We would recommend it.

The villa is lovely but the third bedroom lets the property down as it is only very small. we knew that the property was out off town, but it is further than we thought, our little boy is two years old so he is still in a pram, but if you have small children who are slightly older then this would be too far for them to walk and anyone who has any mobility problems might want to give it a miss. Me and my wife did enjoy the walk but our parents found it hard going. The resort is great, quiet with lots of nice bars and places to eat. The market on Saturday is a must.
Our favourite place to eat was Hassans Place, excellent value for money. All in all this was great holiday.

Lovely Villa & Pool, with everything that we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The Mandlinci team gave a 1st class service in maintaining the pool & any other queries we had. We will be back in 2008

Had a great stay here. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this villa and a pleasant stroll back from the town in the evening aided digestion! There's always room for improvement but we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having the pool there and couldn't get Charlotte to stay out of it! Look forward to visiting again soon!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable villa.Decorated to high standard.Would recommend for 6 people bearing in mind bunk room is very small with no air conditioning-perhaps something that could be addressed. All other rooms are very large and plenty of room for everyone. Quiet area but not too far from the bustle of town, easy walk.Everything supplied in the villa for a very enjoyable holiday. Will definately return.

The only problem I had with the property was the fact that the cold water was running out every other day which was a bit frustrating when you have children and you could not wash them certain days, but apart from that all was ok.

A little bit further out the way than we thought but once we got used to the bus time tables it was no real problem. Villa was superb, pool was a must,3rd bedroom has no air conditioning, but enough space for 6 people, location very quiet. Beach, bars and shops was a good 15 minutes walk away. On the whole had an excellent holiday and would recommend to friends and family. Enjoyed it so much we would go back again.

We booked the Villa at the last minute - just one week before travelling. The booking system worked well and was able to book the flights with the accommodation held. The Villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything you could need was there. The air conditioning was a must as it was very hot. The pool was first class - ideal for us (two adults and one teenager). The town and sea front is only a 10 to 15 minute walk away - and there are plenty of supermarkets and little shops close by. The pool pump was switched on/off each morning/evening and the Manadlinci maintenance team were first class. All in all a great relaxing holiday (which was exactly what we wanted) - The transfer from and back to the airport went seamlessly - a must if you are not hiring a car. Add to that the friendly English neighbours who were a boon giving expert advice and help. Top class property and will definitely come again. Thank you to the owners for a great holiday.

We had fantastic holiday, the villa was very good even though swimming pool was so small but used everyday. Our negative points are small fridge and water tank. Okay for 4 people but we were 8, wasn't enough for us. I think Turgutreis Council is trying to save water; because of that every other day they were cutting the water off. So a few times all of us didn't have a shower in the evening. But again, we really enjoyed our stay, we probably be there in next summer.

We had a superb holiday. The villa was lovely, clean and airy. A quiet, residential area with very friendly locals, if you tried to speak turkish. Location wasn't ideal for a family pushing two buggies!! The taxi's were cheap, helpful and necessary. Would have appreciated a shady area for the kids. Would definately return. Thanks

well we did say last year that we would return and we did !
once again the villa proved a very comfortable home from home as a great base for our latest Turkish adventure.
the villa was even better than last time with the addition of new lights some new furniture etc.
we busy trying to book again for next year as this place is such a great place to relax and chill, just a bit worried incase the villa becomes too popular and we cant re-book for next year.
thanks again to the owners and especially the staff from the Mandelinci Hotel for their excellent help in making our holiday so relaxing

Found the villa excellent in every respect. Well equipped and in a quiet location but within walking distance of the town. We will be back very soon. Thanks for a lovely holiday

" The location of the villa helps you to experience the local culture in this beautiful country, with every modern convenience; banks, shops, restaurants just a short walk away.
The pool is a huge asset, to be able to take a refreshing dip at any time including at night when the pool was lit was brillant.
The rooms are all light, spacious and comfortable with invaluable air conditioning.
The panoramic mountain views from the roof terrace and poolside terrace are amazing.
" Watch the sunrise on the roof terrace early morning and we suggest enjoy the setting sun at the hilltop resturant just 5 min walk away."
" Our first but not last trip to Turkey and this villa we hope, because it was an excellent holiday for adults and children alike".

What a superb, airy villa! Stunning views of the hills surrounding Turgutreis and of the coast and town itself from the wonderful terrace - great for eating breakfast on!
The Villa itself is a quiet area, yet close to stores and only a short, pleasant walk from the town. The pool is EXCELLENT! It made such a difference to the holiday having somewhere cool and private to take a dip whenever you needed it. We spent most of our first week in it and the kids loved it. Other facilities in the Villa are thoughtfully provided and the air conditioning makes all the difference in the heat of the day.
By the way, we had 8 in the villa and it is more than adequate to cope with that number, both in terms of space and equipment.
With Turgutreis, Bodrum and the superb Gumusluk just minutes away by bus or taxi, the Villa made both an ideal base for the kids and lazing the day away, and for exploring and getting to know the locals.
Thoroughly recommended - well, we are going again, that's for sure! Thanks for a lovely, much needed holiday!
