On arrival Villa looked satisfactory. We arrived late at night and was disappointed there was no welcome pack I.e. milk etc which we have had in two other villas rented in Sunset Lakes, there were no amenities provided for example washing up cloths or washing up liquid, only one refuse sack as replacement to use for rubbish disposal, all of these I would have expected to be provided as the norm. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and some of the pillows were stained. We were asked to put our bedding laundry on to wash to help the cleaners but no laundry detergents were provided. Overall adequate villa but lacked household amenities which I would have expected to be provided for the price we paid to rent the Villa. Also we didnt get to use the safe as the code wasnt set to the number provided.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay however I would like to respond that a welcome / amenity pack is offered as an optional extra that you did not choose. In addition at no point during your stay did you contact us or our management company to raise issues which we could then have sorted. The villa is rented on a self catering basis and therefore consumables are not automatically provided. With regards to the beds they are firm with memory foam toppers to the master suites but I understand that does not suit everyone. Pillows have already been replaced on our arrival on Saturday.

The villa was ideal and well equipped. We didnt see anyone from the rental company at all, therefore the registration form wasnt uplifted.
Also the directions from the airport need to be updat ed, as the toll amounts are wrong.

June 2012 This is an excellent property, having stayed in Hotels & Apartments previously staying in a Villa is definately the way to go and I believe that it doesnt come a lot better than this. From a couple to eight people [we were 5 adults] there is room for all. Go for the heated pool after a day at the parks its amazing.
Everthing was simple, from the airport to the villa, the estate entry coded gates to the key box.
There was plenty of laundry and towels with washing in between with easy to use equipment.
The property management services were great having used them for advise with illness and when the electric went off they were round within 15mins and had it sorted in 5.
Well stocked Supermarket down the road for self catering with plenty of varied eateries close by.
Disney close by and Universal a little further - driving. Make use of the free Disney fast passes/Universal charge.
Watch out for the late afternoon thunderstorms [parks a.m.] and the critters.
Loved my time and would go again and recommend.

An ideal, quiet location within easy reach of all the theme parks and for longer forays to Cape Kennedy or Tampa/ St Petersburg. The villa is very well equipped and is ideally suited for couples or families. Should we return to Orlando, we would re-book if available.

We had a fantastic 3 weeks in Florida, and booked Sunset lakes based on a friends recommendation. We were not dissapointed. The vilal is in a very quiet location. The facilities are great, and our kids made great use of the pool and games room - a real bonus when the thunder storm hits!.
It really is only 10 minutes from Disney by car and well placed for all the facilities in Celebration - shopping, dining and activities like Mini golf!! Just watch out for the Racoon and Armadillo late at night getting your rubbish bin.... we loved watching them and following them around. We have 3 kids and there was plenty of room to spend time together and space when needed! We loved it and are coming back in 2011.

We had an excellent stay at Sunset villas, it was everything we imagined and more.
It is a safe, quite area where you can unwind after the parks, but is also very close to all the entertainment and many shops nearby.
The villa is well equipped and had all the amenities we required. The only issue we had was one day the power was cut because the bill was not paid, but the owners sorted this out in the same day.
I would definitely recommend the villa to friends and I would definitely go back there myself.

The villa was everything I hoped for and more!So big and clean,with a lovely swimming pool and so close to Disney-just perfect!.We would love to back here again and would definitely recommend to friends,although I would love to keep this super villa a secret!

Hi, overall very pleased with the Villa, made good use of the games room and the swimming pool, even though the air temp was very low for Florida, (you will need to pay for pool heating at this time of year). Very comfortable, well laid out and very close to Disney theme parks, much easier than we thought to get there. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a large comfortable property, with good access to theme parks and shops/restaurants, we would also like to come back in the future if possible, many thanks, Alan

The property was all that was described. Plenty of space, good facilities. Games room and pool excellent and pool very clean. Nice and peaceful outlook and not overlooked which was great. Plenty of equipment provided (certainly more than we needed). Location was very good and close to the parks as described. Generally we had a fantastic time. Negatives- management company made no contact as promised and the form we had to fill in on arrival was never picked up. Number of light bulbs need replacing throughout the house. Please replace the beds...the squeaking was unbearable !!!
However that said, we had a great time and the property was fantastic.

This is a very comfortable villa in an excellent location.The pool and games room are great for relaxing in after long days at the theme parks.This is the second time we have used this villa and we will definitely be coming back.

This was a lovely property that catered to all of our needs. It is so close to all the disney parks and within travelling distance of the rest. Would defo recommend to others.

In a convenient location to all the major parks, but set in a quiet area overlooking a conservation area. Gave us that bit of peace from the hectic days. The children loved the pool and games room . Did not need to contact anyone whilst there as all facilities well maintained. Not sure about the free calls as we tried to make a couple of calls and it required a code which we did not know. But overall would definately choose again and recommend to friends and family .

With regards to the free international and long distance calls, full instructions are in the hand book at the villa to assist.
The system will ask for an authorisation code if you try to calls numbers excluded from the free calls system such as international mobile calls and premium rate numbers.

This was our first villa holiday and more than exceeded my expectations. The villa was very spacious and clean. The pool area was great (a hit with the children as was the games room). This is a great location for the Disney Parks. I would definitely recommend this to friends and relatives. We would also book to go again.

WE HAD A TOTAL OF 5 RENTAL HOMES,EVERYONE ENJOYED THERE STAY.OUR TILE FLOOR WAS THE BEST,THE OTHER UNITS CARPETING WAS WORN OUT.THE TWIN BEDS WHERE ABIT NOISEY,WETHER THEY ARE OLD OR NOT,THE POOL WAS PERFECT FOR THE FAMILY. ENTERTAINING FOR OUR DAUGHTERS WEDDING,WAS THE IDEAL SITUATION...THANK YOU

We had a fabulous time at the villa in July 2006, we'll be back hopefully sometime in the future.
Is a great location for all theme parks and attractions, lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes.

My very first impression of the overall surroundings were how well kept and quiet the neighborhood appeared. Upon entering the property, I was very pleased at how open and pleasantly bright the house was. It was clean, and well-maintained.
I was equally impressed when the next morning I received a phone call from the management inquiring if there was anything I needed to please don't hesitate to contact them. I would definitely recommend this property and Villarenters again. I would probably never rent another hotel if I can use Villarenters instead.

The house was great, and wonderful location. The only thing was the kitchen need to be stocked a bit better, (cookie sheets, and cooking bowls) Other than that, I'd rent the place again!

I have instructed my management company to restock the kitchenware as soon as possible.
We are always glad of any comments regarding your stay in our villa - especially constructive comments that aid us in improving your next visit.
Improvements made in the last year due to guests comments include the installation of cable TV to all bedrooms and games room - new carpets to bedrooms, full redecoration of the living area including luxurious leather sofas, large screen TV and the provision of free long distance and international phone calls.

The villa is in a perfect location, because it backs onto wildlife. So the outlook is wonderful.
You are also close to all the theme parks, but far enough away to chill out and relax. Disney really does take only 10 mins to get to.
I would recommend this villa to all my friends and family and wouldnt hesitate booking again should I return to Florida.
