We had a lovely time in Orlando, and the villa was excellent, conveniently located near to all of the parks, and well equipped for the perfect holiday. We are definitely planning to return in the future, and would recommend this villa to anyone planning to stay in Orlando to visit the parks and area.

We have had the most wonderful vacation in Orlando - especially was the house on N. Hampton Dr. in Davenport, Highland Reserve good. Lovely that we could relax and enjoy the warmth and the swimming pool.

We enjoyed our stay easy to get to parks etc we liked this area so much we are going to talk to a real estate agent we are looking to purchase a home in florida this is the area where we want to purchase.

I spent three weeks there with my family. The house is clean and in good order,in a beautiful, secure area. The location af the house is exellent, in close range to all the things you would like to visit, like shopping or amusement parks. The few questions that came up were quickly answered by owner or Tom and Helen at the Phoenix Property Services.

Property clean and well serviced. Ideal for those wanting both a quiet time and those who wish to visit the theme parks.
2 double and 2 twin bedrooms with good lounge and dining room plus well equipped kitchen.
The pool is also of a decent size with good area for sitting and eating outside.

We had a very nice time at this villa. Everything was very clean and it was so nice to have a private pool! The owner is very responsive and the rental was handled very efficiently. We would love to visit again sometime! Very nice villa!

The villa was well equipped and extremely comfortable to enable a 'home from home' experience. Nicely situated on a beautiful residential complex with its own pool to relax in after a busy day at the parks.
Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Spent our time playing in the pool, generally relaxing and making numerous visits to the Disney parks and Sea World.
Really comfortable living spaces, nice pool area and conveniently close to a Supermarket (Publix) for supplies

Everything was very nice! The house was clean the only problem was that we where only supplied with one wash cloth for the bath! We would love to come back again!!!!

The villa answered all of our needs with respect to location, accommodations and facilities. In addition, the weather for the whole month of March was just perfect.

We stayed at this villa for 12 days after 9 hectic days of visiting Florida Keys, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Daytona Beach so were looking for some serious R&R which is exactly what we got at this villa. Nice, quiet location, clean with good facilities and with own pool much better than staying in a hotel. 10 - 15 mins to the 192 so plenty on offer shops and restaraunt wise if wanted as well as being close enough to disney, etc without being too touristy. We had a lovely time.
