The size of the villa took us by surprise on arrival. Having arrived late at night the views and the outide areas surprised us even further. Very quiet location with a few decent cafe bars just up the road and a lovely 15 minute coastal walk to a further selec tion of excellent restaurants and a stunning bar overlooking the sea serving cocktails. The Rubicon marina is only 4-5 euros in a taxi and well worth a visit. Afrodite Little Italy was enjoyed by all of the family. Recommend also La Rustica for pizza and pasta at the Limones CC. The portions are huge so either share or take away your left overs and the price is very cheap but expect plastic chairs not table cloths. We had a great time, perfect for our family.

The property was spacious with a lovely large heated pool and hot tub. Sky TV was installed which was great. It was in a very quiet residential area.
There was a comprehensive folder of information at the villa which was very useful.
However,we had booked this particular villa because of the games room and unfortunately this aspect was very disappointing. There was no x-box 360 in the games room (as advertised) and the playstation and TV which were there were both broken.
All in all the villa was good value for money and if the equiptment in the games room had been working we would have rated it as excellent.

Initial view of the Villa was good, however some things have let it down, especially from a TLC side. its 10 years old, and feeling it. Maybe we were expecting too much, dont get me wriong, Its a lovely Villa, just needs some TLC.
The size of the pool (which is heated, was a mega bonus in Feb!) was great, and Jucuzzi a welcolm addition. Pool table, Table Tennis and PS2 were a bonus on not so hot days, so plently to do for the Children.
The Villa was spacious and reasonably kitted out.
No Dishwasher (even though on the details) or Welcolm pack (we were told you had to book for that). The showers were poor, no shower screen on one, and just a curtain on another
The villa is fairly remote, and although the closest shops are 15 minute walk away, there is only a half dozen (2 small supermarkets and a couple of restuarants - recommend the Mixed Grill and Fish and Chips at the Lighthouse Cafe/Pub - Owners Freindly too), so to walk into main Playa Blanca, was a good hour walk to the main shops. Within a 30 minute walk were variousshops / restuarants - (recommend Le Argintino)..

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the villa Ryanna in September. The villa was amazing! The pool was huge and spotless! The hot tub was brilliant. It ws the best holiday we have been on in the 9 years we have been together. It was only 4euro in a taxi into playa blanca and about a 5 minutes walk away there were a couple of bars on a strip although the villa was so nice we only went out three out of the seven nights.
There was everything we needed there. Even adapters for our plugs! The owner was so helpful. I must have sent him 15 emails before we went asking him about lots of things and he didnt mind helping me out.
The only downside is that you do need a car but all in all we had a ball and will deffinitely be going back.

Definately dont go by the photos - the villa is so much better than any photos show. Its big, clean and perfect for even a large family. The pool area is quite big with plenty of comfortable sun beds the hot tub was great especially at night! We went with my son, his partner and 7 month old grandson and my daughter for her 21st. We all had plenty of space. The owner came to see us on the first day and recommended a restaurant -Rustica in Playa Blanca. Fantastic! A car is essential but taxis arent expensive - 5 euros at the most and can easily be picked up from the hotel nearby. We wish wed stayed longer and will be back as soon as we can.

When we arrived at the villa we couldnt believe it the pictures on the internet did this villa no justice it was excellent. It had everything, the kitchen was well equiped, the pool area was huge with many sunloungers and BBQ and it was extremely spacious, there was plenty to do for all the family. The villa was within walking distance of the spermarket and local retaurants and Playa Blanca was a short taxi drive away. A car was useful to see the sights and nearby places in Lanzarote. We had a lovely holiday the weather was fantastic and the villa made our holiday, we would definately return to this villa and would recommend to our friends and family.

We visited in April 09 & had a wonderful week at this villa. The pool was large, clean & much warmer than many hotel pools we tried. The hot tub was a great bonus when the wind picked up in the evenings making swimming a little chilly. My three young daughters loved the jacuzzis colour change lights!
On arrival, the beautifully designed "swan heart" made from our towels in the ensuite was the sort of elegant touch you expect in a 5 star hotel, not a self-catering villa.
It is so rare these days to have your expectations exceeded but they really were, especially in the size of the villa & pool, quality of towels, bedding etc, & generous provision of pool toys. Location is extremely quiet & family friendly, with lovely views to boot! Yes, you need a car, but at £100 for 8 days for a 5 seater it was cheaper than airport transfers!

The villa was excellent.
My two sons aged 12 and 14 were spoilt for choice with the pool table, table tennis,ps2,xbox 360 and the swimming pool....My partner and i were just spoilt with the swimming pool and hot tub.
All in all a very enjoyable relaxing holiday.
A car is essential though.
Great holiday and lovely villa...
Thanks!

This is a lovely villa in a quiet area on the outskirts of playa blanca. Great for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Two minutes to the sea front and a well paved promenade all the way to the new harbour at rubicon with dive schools, bars and restaurants and supermarkets on route.
Suited my family very well (3 older teens), with diving in 20 mins walking distance. Heated pool was great for our February holiday. Teens enjoyed watching movies, playstation, snooker and table tennis in the evenings (all provided in villa). This was great as we just needed a relaxing break and teens were not too bothered about busy nightlife for this trip!
Thoroughly enjoyed it and would not hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. There are plenty of pool toys for the children and loads of room in the large pool for the whole family! A car is a must for easy of getting around. The villa setting is quite and peaceful with wonderful sea views.
All in all you cant go wrong with a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa, lots of room and lots for the children to do other than just the pool, which was perfect! Hire of a car is essential if you do not fancy a long walk but if your fit the walkway along the sea front is wonderful on a Lanzarote evening.
I cannot reccomend highly enough we had the best holiday we have ever had at this villa.
