Property and local area description
The apartment sleeps 6, 1 double bed in main bedroom, 2 single beds in bedroom 2, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. it consists of lounge/dining area, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The lounge has table with 4 chairs, flat screen television with satellite tv and dvd player. There is also a play station. DVDs, books and games can be found in the chest of draws in the lounge. A coffee table and sofa, which turns into a double bed. The lounge and bedrooms all have a ceiling fan plus portable fans.
The kitchen has a microwave, gas oven and hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, tea towels and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar has two stools.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, hot water boiler, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer, hoover and cleaning equipment.There are 2 R/H sets of golf clubs for Guests use, just replace any lost balls and tees please.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Hairdryer supplied for guests use as well. Air conditioning unit plus a door that leads to rear patio. Additional bedding and blankets can be found in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. plus air conditioning unit.
Bathroom has a shower over the bath and vanity mirror over sink plus plenty of storage space.
PLEASE NOTE BED LINEN IS PROVIDED AS WELL AS BATH TOWELS BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS.
Patio and Terrace area
This air conditioned 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment has a large spacious patio to the front and rear. Both have recently been improved by being tiled. Both are enclosed by walls and a gate. There is also a terrace at the front with sun canopy. Making it an ideal place for eating outside and enjoying the sun whilst being able to see the pool area. There is a patio table with 4 chairs and a parasol, also 2 sun loungers. A small BBQ can be found in the cupboard under stairs. The communal pool is 20 yards to the left of the front gate and is surrounded by a lawned area, with a separate children’s paddling pool. There a couple of other communal pool’s that can be used. The surrounding area is very quiet in a small urbanization.
There are plenty of things to do both within the local vicinity and further afield.
It takes approximately ten minutes to walk to the Villamartin golf club and Villamartin plaza. Where there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The local supermarket can also be found here. There are a couple of bars and restaurants nearer within 5 minutes walk. Horse riding is available 80 yards away to the edge of the complex. A car is needed to visit beaches and larger shops. Le Zenia is the nearest blue flag beach although there are many others to choose from, all aprox 10 minutes drive away. 20 minute drive takes you to Torrevieja, the nearest large town, which also has a water park. There are a number of local markets on different days ,this information is in the folder in the lounge. 4 golf courses consisting of Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and the new Trajectora courses are all within easy reach. La Manga is 1 hour’s drive south. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks, at Benidorm are 1½ hours drive north.
