This luxury lodge is privately owned and can accommodate 4 guests in comfort with all modern amenities. Set in the former grounds of Cairnyard House on an uncommercialised site. Located 5 miles from Dumfries town on the A711 (Dumfries and Dalbeattie Road) and 1 mile before Beeswing village.
Take a relaxing weeks break either to take in the surrounding countryside and area or venture out and about to explore historical places of interest....take time out to persue your hobbies or interests like fishing..bird watching..golf..walking..treking..cycling and horse riding.

Bedrooms:- 1 Double Bedroom (10'X10') with lovely pine double bed, and pine wardrobes and cabinates.
1 Twin Bedded room (10'X10') with two single beds, and pine wardrobe and cabinates.
Modern Bathrom (6'X5') with bath and shower over,sink and toilet.
Porch Area (6'X5') with cloaks area, electric coin meter located. Open plan Living Room (16'X10') with sofa and arm chairs, LCD flat screen T.V. and DVD player, CD/Radio.
Dining Kitchen (11'X8') with modern electrical appliances,Integrated Dishwasher,Oven,Hob,Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer and self contained with all crockery,cutlery,glassware,cooking utensils and pans. Toaster,Kettle,Microwave etc. Dining table and 4 chairs.
The Living Room has large patio doors opening out over lovely countryside views with verandah decking and patio furniture for al-fresco dining.Patio table and four chairs.
The Lodge is fully insulated and Double Glazed, with full electric heating throughout, ensuring comfort for early/late season holidays or winter breaks.
Parking for two cars at side of lodge.
