My mum had been to the villa a few years ago and loved it, that is why we chose it, we were not disappointed. Excellent location, very comfortable and tidy villa. Facilities in and out the villa were great. Ideal for families with children. Would recommend this villa.

We where 2 families which rented this appartment together.
4 adults and 4 youth ( in the age of 13 years up to 17 year).
The appartment was really nice both bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen/livingroom area, and had everything that we expected ! Only 10 steps away from the pool - and short way to the local pub which had internett and pool table so the youth could take "a breake" from the sun and bathing. 10 minutes walk down to the main road, where you could take the local bus for 1 EUR either down town to the habour area (10 minutes) or to the best beach Coral beach ( 20 minutes up north). The local beach close to Venus Beach hotel was not recommended of the local people - since this beach has very strong undercurrents...
There was also a big new Lidle food store, about 10 minutes walk from the appartment, and they had everything you needed for food/beverage etc.
We would absolutely consider to rent this appartment again !

The property was in a good location and you dont have to go far to find beaches. The swimming pool is brilliant and there is a nice pub/restaurant next to the complex which I would recommend.
The only thing I would say about the property is that if you have elderly people with you then the stairs to upstairs are not suitable for them. There is a bedroom downstairs which is very convenient.
It does mention in the property details that the property is unsuitable for elderly people but it doesnt mention why. However I took 2 elderly people with me and we had a very good holiday and I would go back again.

Perfect villa for our group of 7, plenty of space and a well equiped kitchen including bbq. Overlooking pool with local bar providing good breakfasts. Couple of very minor issues none of which had any effects on our holiday, little further out from Kato than we were expecting but excellent bus service and numerous taxis if we didnt fancy walking.

WONDERFUL VILLA .. GREAT POOL ALL BRILLIANT LOVED TO HAVE STAYED LONGER HA HA EASI JET MADE US MOVE INTO HOTEL BUT WOULD RATHER HAVE STAYED IN PROPERTY

Lovely villa in well landscaped grounds. Pool was excellent and a much needed escape from the heat. The villa comfortably held 8 adults and everything worked perfectly. the location is good but a car would be recommended to get you to and from the local sites. The beach nearby is poor.

Excellent, clean and spacious villa with all amenities. Lots of extras. Shared pool and grounds very well maintained and clean. You do need a car for this villa if you want to explore the area, although there is a very nice bar on the complex with food. Would definately go back.

We was pleasantly surprised with the villa it was well equipped and clean and tidy and had everything we needed.There was 8 of us and found we all had our own space, this was an enjoyable family holiday.
We didnt have any problems getting sunbeds around the pool which was lovely it was cleaned and the water was checked a number of times a day.The 1st week was quite and the pool was almost empty the 2nd week saw more familys arrive still managed to get sunbeds everyday but think if it was any busyier you might not be so lucky although some villas have there own sunbeds.
Everybody at regina gardens was very friendly some of the people there were owners and gave us advice on the best places to shop and eat.

nicely laid out villa with a lovely shared pool just off the garden. (pool is very cold as not heated)
Very clean & modern, good sized bedroom and plenty of bathrooms.
located just of tomb of kings road - but car needed as not really walking distance to restaurants on the main road.
Would reccomend this villa to those who want a family holiday

The villa was well appointed, clean and situated in a quiet area
The pool and surrounding area was tidy and garden areas well cared for
Patio area was excellent and provided enough privacy when dining al fresco!
All the arrangements ran to plan and Carol and Phil visited the day after our arrival and ensured we all understood how the various facilities worked - one comment from the ladies- their needs to be a mirror in the bedrooms preferably above the electric point!
The villa provided an excellent base from which to explore Cyprus and we all had a fantastic holiday
I would definetly recommend this accommodation to friends and relatives.

This is a wonderful townhouse a real home from home, although we had a car and spent the first week out at Coral Bay with friends,the second week was just perfect for our daughter aged 12.
The owners and families of the other villas were all very friendly, you can relax by the pool without any interuptions, this is really perfect for families . Here children can enjoy themselves.
The ice cream van arrived every day, the adults as well as the cildren enjoyed it.A brand new bar has opened just in front of the apartments, you can have a meal or just a drink and a game of pool here , although busy at times no noise could be heard in the apartment.
I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

The lack of water was a problem although this was not the fault of the owner. It could have been explained better and I have already suggested to owner that he leaves written details.

A first class villa with four good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Beautifully furnished with all equipment provided. Clean and tidy throughout. The sliding patio doors opened directly onto the pool area, great for supervising the children whilst having a leisurely breakfast on the patio area.
The icrecream van visited daily. The pool was a little chilly at times even through the temperatures reached 81 degs in the shade.
It was about a mile stroll in the evenings to reach the main road where the bus passes to take you as far as you want in either direction into Pahos Harbour or out to Coral Bay. A small selection or restuarants were available on the main road and all were excellent value with great hospitality.
We had a fantastic week in October half term, with my father, my husband, and our two girls aged 5 and 12.

Excellent all round. The property was very clean on arrival and the local reps were very helpful. The villa was spacious and the decor and appliances were modern. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The location was not as far from the main areas as we thought it was going to be and all inall we were very satisfied.

This villa served us adequately and was fully equipped with a well maintained swimming pool and comfortable surroundings. The walking distance to the nearest bars during the day in the heat was too far although in the evening this wasn't a problem. You need a car to reach the nice local beaches, big supermarkets and harbour where the boat trips, other restaurants and shops are.

Spacious and clean, fantastic pool. Reasonably close to restaurants etc but a car is a must. Only downside was the construction work going on next door but that was the luck of the draw it did not detract from a wonderful stay. Would definately use again.

The property and location were as described. i would recommend this Villa to friends and family. The only thing that would be useful in the villa would be a microwave for convience. Thank you for a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Villa Regina. We were met by a representitive who showed us around the villa and gave us information on the area. The villa was quite new, well furnished and very well equipped. Fortunately we pre-booked a hire car for the week as the villa is situated a 5 min drive from the old harbour area, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a good 20-30 min walk, for the fitter ones! We went in the October half term week and our children found many others to play with whilst there, but you will probably find it much quieter out of the school holiday season. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

The villa was ideal, well kept and clean. The pool was lovely, warm and kept in an excellent condition. The neighbours were all very nice and the children had lots of others to play with.
The location was a little further from town than we would have liked, a taxi or bus was always necessary but overall we were very pleased with the booking and the arrangements were excellent.
We had a most enjoyable holiday, didn't want to come home!

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Regina very much. The complex was lovely but did not like the surrounding area. The villa was spacious, clean, well set out and homely.
