This property is in a quiet area and yet only about 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney. Its like home away from home. The owner is great and very helpful if you have questions or requests. This property has wifi access. Im very satisfied with my stay

Great location. Great house, Great experience! We were looking for a quiet setting and this house provided the peace and quiet we were looking for. The kids enjoyed Disney, but loved the pool at this house even more. My 6 year old learned to swim on this vacation - even though we spent most of our time away from the house. Booking the rental was easy. Terry communicated well throughout the process. Thanks for a great time and we will see you again next year! My only complaint is that the time went too quickly

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee. We were in town to go hot air ballooning, which was awesome!
This house was very clean and had a wonderful pool and hot tub. Our disappoints were in the kitchen (no extras, ie...coffee) and the ac. It was set at 78 degrees which was very warm during the day. Then at night it would bump up to 80 degrees! We could adjust it, but for only 6 hours and then it would automatically revert back.
Master bed and bath were wonderful! Loved the garden tub. There were only two of us, so we didnt use the other three bedrooms! Lots of room!

We just returned from 8 nights here at Whispering Oaks. This villa is wonderful, beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious, especially for our family of four. The villa was clean on our arrival and any minor concerns we had were very quickly addressed with a phone call to the management company. One was we had put food in the garbage disposal and couldn’t figure out how to work it (apparently there is a reset button on the bottom of it that needed pressing) and the other was we had no water one day but that was due to a water main break and nothing to do with the house in particular.
Our stay was exactly as described and expected. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood so quiet you wouldn’t say you even had neighbours. Night time out on the lanai was very peaceful overlooking the pool and, beyond that, the wide open field out back. The pool and hot tub were better than we expected and were heaven after a day in the parks. We loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return on a future trip. My nine year old daughter would like me to add, "its great for kids too!"

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable in such a quiet neighborhood. We were so close to the theme parks and great restaurants. Coming home to the pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day walking at Disney. And thanks so much to Terry and Sue for providing a few starter items (water, milk, bread....) it meant so much to not have to go shopping that very first night after two days of driving to get there!

The villa was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, with everything we could want. The pool was fantastic, warm, clean and very private. The villa is in a lovely neighbourhood, close to everything you could need. We were there for Halloween, and had some very sweet neighbourhood trick-or-treaters! We have stayed in other villas in Florida, and would certainly return to this one.

Stayed at the villa for a week following a week at a Disney Hotel. Absolutely loved the villa. Very clean, well equipped and the sat nav really came in useful. Villa located in a very quiet residential area but ideally located close to all of the parks in the area. there are so many places to eat literally 5 minutes away but the BBQ at the villa is great. Pool and jacuzzi also great and perfect after a hard day at the parks. Wifi and PC access was great for facebook addicts! (Gill) Disney themed bedroom was lovely, (Tasha) Massive thanks to Sue and Terry for letting us share their lovely villa. I have no doubt we will return and also recommend to friends etc.

It was so much larger than we expected and really fully stocked!! The only little suggestion I would have: have a roll of toilet paper handy :) for when weary travellers run in....
The privacy was so appreciated after a week of cruising. There were four of us and each couple had their own "private area". The amenities are so convenientely close too and Disney is just minutes away. Perfect for families.
It was a tad warm in the evening as the a/c was locked at 76 degrees but we were ok with a swim before bed to cool us off.

We were pleasantly pleased upon arrival at the villas overall presentation. It was clean, bright and roomy. Children were happy about the internet, although the television connection was poor. We spent most of our days in the pool & hot tub, but Mom didnt find it as clean as she would have liked, maybe the filter wasnt working, not sure. A small airport nearby, so we enjoyed watching private planes pass by over pool area. Did have easy access to pleasant manager for quick questions. Loved the area with lots of shops, restaurants and so close to Disney, very convenient. We would definately consider a return visit.

This is a beautiful vacation home, it is only 10-15 minutes from Disney and very easy to get to any destination in the area. The home is away from the hussle and bussle of the 192 in a nice quiet neighborhood - but still only a minute drive to stores you need. The Walmart Supercentre was really convenient to have for everything. There is also a bunch of outlet stores nearby that had some really good deals (especially if you said you were from Canada!) The house has lots of pool toys for the kids and the hot tub gets VERY hot in the evenings! The pool got nice and warm as well. We had beautiful weather (25-30 degrees celcius) all week. Plan on buying all condiments, garbage bags, detergents, paper towels and toilet paper. We werent sure what we would have to start. There is also a million towels to use so you never have to worry about doing laundry all day! This was a great spot to vacation and we would recommend our closest friends to stay there anytime! The worst part was coming home to -40 weather!

This is a wonderfull villa in a quiet location but near restaurants, shops and not too far from the Disney and Universal theme parks.
This was the second time we have rented this particular villa and our most recent visit was just as good as the first. Everything you could need has been provided, even down to a blender and a coffee machine and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were great.
Hopefully we will return again.

We were overly satisfied with this property. The location is convenient to the main attractions. The private pool was perfect. There is a privacy fence surrounding the pool, which is nice. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone to comfortably move around. The drive-in garage was especially nice, when arriving home after dark.
We loved the house and will definitely stay there again.

Slightly smaller than I expected from the 3D video, but it was more than fine for our needs. We found the kitchen well equipped - but I had to rearrange the crockery and stuff as it was all over the place!
The only comment I would make is that it really isn't a nice thing having an en suite without a door! Hubby getting up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night invariably woke me up, and there's no privacy when using the bath or shower. That's not a problem for some people, but I'm quite a private person when it comes to that sort of thing!
Three tiny niggles: there was a bulb out in the bedroom overhead lamp, the shower door is faulty (but Terry is aware of that), and we found loads of ants in the bath on day 17!
Otherwise, it was great.

A wonderful place to stay for a large family. A great privacy in a quiet location,away from traffic.
This place is a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Very close to Disney.
Not close to the golf area. The house is is about 10 to 15 years old but is in super shape,just like new.
The pool is wonderful especially after a busy day. Also great to just spend the day around the pool

This is a great house in a lovely quiet development which is amazingingly close to the attractions of Disney. It is clean, spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday with young children.
The kids loved the disney themed bedroom and the pool .We appreciated there being an alarm on the door to the covered linai so the children could not wander out there without supervision.
There was a problem with the pool heat during our stay but the owners immediately contacted the management company to sort it out. In addition they also compenstated us very generously on our return home. Excellent customer service!!
We will definitely book this house again for our next holiday to Florida.

We were only going to visit Orlando and Disney World once but now we are even talking about a second visit and if we do come we will -hopefully- be using this villa again. I would highly recommend this villa, its location is perfect; close to Disney and yet still far enough away to relax as well.
Anyone booking this villa would not be disappointed!!!

Lovely Lovely Villa. The best Orlando Villa we have stayed in. With so many Villas being effectly the same it was the little touches that made all the difference.... Use of PC & Internet, Free Phonecalls Locally & to UK, Jacuzzi, Heated Pool, Playstation, to name but a few.
The owner, Terry, was extremely friendly and informative both before, during and after our stay.
Whilst many Villas in the Orlando area are described as being just 15 minutes from Disney we know to our cost how untrue this can be. Our longest drive to a Disney Park or Seaworld was 20 minutes.
You won't be disappointed with this Villa!

The house was fantastic, far exceeding our expectations - spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. It is close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We even went "scrumping" for oranges at the end of the road! We loved the hot tub, internet, Playstation and "Disney" room. We visited at Christmas and even found a tree and decorations in the attic (hope you don't mind, Terry). Can't wait to go back.

My family and I had visited Terry's villa in October 2003. This was our second visit. We found the villa to be extremely clean, tidy and comfortable and catered for our every need - a real home from home.
The pool was especially welcome after the hot Florida days in the theme parks.
The children also enjoyed the additional television and Playstation in the second bedroom. My older child also used the free internet facility.
The villa is well positioned, being only a short distance from the Orlando theme parks and close to the I.4 allowing easy access along the 192 to the Gulf coast and also Busch Gardens. Highway 192 is only a few minutes away with a whole host of retaurants, shops etc.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends, family or anyone else who was looking for a villa holiday in Orlando.
