Thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to Moraira.Villa in good location, able to walk into town with no hills ,a bonus as we stayed in El Portet last time. There are 2 supermarkets and tennis courts nearby which were both well used. Both owner and local agent very helpful, would consider staying there again only downside drive difficult to negotiate with a hired 7 seater people carrier would probably be fine for 1-2 smaller cars

The villa inside is very pleasant, clean & tidy and very well equipped. The gardens to the front & rear could do with a little extra TLC i.e.builders debris lying about.
The 10 mins walk into the town centre is a minimum of 15 mins. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definately return.

We’ve just returned with our friends from 10 wonderful days at this excellent villa which didnt disappoint our expectations. Ideally situated overlooking a small vineyard and just a short stroll from the centre of Moraira, the villa has all the modern facilities. Immaculately clean with spacious living area, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a great layout with the kitchen having patio doors to the outside pool area, ideal for popping in and out for those long cool drinks. Perfect as the majority of our time was spent around the pool that has a large seating area and plenty of sun loungers. Also included was a built-in BBQ which we used on numerous occasions.
Moraira itself is a beautiful little town with numerous shops & bars. For a relaxing eating experience, head for the town square with its many excellent restaurants.
The beach itself is a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and is clean and un-crowded.
During our stay we also ventured to the nearby resorts of Javea and Calpe, which are certainly worth a visit. We’ve already recommended the villa and resort to a number of friends and are looking forward to visiting again next year.
All round for us it was a 10 out of 10, couldnt find any faults!

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at the villa. We are a party of 7 adults and two small children (aged 6 & 2) spanning three generations. It is the first time any of us have been on a villa holiday and this villa exceeded everything we expected. There was no compromise, it was like home from home. It was clean, well furnished, equipped and maintained. The pool and surrounding area was stunning. The grounds were large and well looked after. Security at the property was to a very high standard. It was a pleasant walk to the town and beach and the supermarket was a short stroll across the vineyards. We are already considering returning next year!

A strange layout but met all needs including that of one disabled person. Very handy for the town and local shopping (we walked over the path leading through vineyard to Pepi LaSal most mornings). The nearest beach has good partially shaded car parking, but can also be reached on foot in a relaxing 15-20 minutes.

We booked this villa for three generations of our extended family, from todler to grandma.
Plenty of living and pool space for 7 people and it could have taken more. The owner contacted me before we went and supplied an info pack. The on site agent was waiting for us with the key and it could not of been easier.
Good size rooms for all with nice en-suites. The largest bedroom would easily big enough to take an extra cot. Our cot and high chair were supplied by the local agent and were nice and clean.
Every thing in the villa worked and was new or as new. The villa is light, clean and airy. The pool and pool area with lots of tables and sun beds was exelent, and we were not overlooked.
The villa is a level 10 minute walk to the town / beach / supermerket along a good safe pavement, and we walked it every day. The local beach is child freindly and blue flag and Moraira is delightfull, there is no high rise , no big hotels and is not "Brits abroad". Our car was handy for finding other lovely beaches and a trip to Calpe (another world !! ).but we could of happily spent a week without using the car.
We would book again and would happily recommend this family villa.

The Villa was well located for the town, beach and supermarkets. It was within easy walking (10 -15 mins) distance; we were a party of four adults and four children age 11 and 13. The pool was lovely and kept the chldren amused for hours.
The property itself is well laid out, spacious and well equipped. We had a little trouble with the gas bottle on the first day, but were helped out promptly by the letting agent.
On arrival at the villa we were greeted by a number of cats and their kittens..not a problem for us,,,but could be for those who do not like these felines!
Only one thing would have made our stay more comfortable and that was some airconditioning, although there are fans in each room

As others have stated, this is an ideal villa and location, especially for two families. The rooms are bigger than they look in the photos and the villa is equiped with everything you need (including a Scrabble board!). The pool was fantastic and kept the four youngsters occupied for hours. We were very impressed with Moraira! It has plenty of good restuarants is very clean and is not full of 'Brits' abroad, actually the majority of holiday makers seemed to be Spanish. Location of the villa is great, it is an easy walk into town or to the beach (even for 5 yr olds) or 2 minutes in the car if you are feeling lazy, well I was on Holiday! Communication and help from Mike thoughout the booking process was fantastic, which always helps the holiday booking experience. Thank you Mike & Sheila from two happy families.

We were two very happy families staying at this wonderfull villa for a fortnight in July 2007and we fully agree with all the attributes highlighted by the other reviewers. It really is bigger than you imagine looking at the photos and that pool is super both day & night.
The local support from Matt & Mandy at MDC, should you need it, is also excellent as well. Thank you Mike & Sheila for letting us enjoy your lovely Villa.

We had a fortnight in August 2006 in this beautiful villa and it really was superb, brand new everything.
The owners, Mike and Sheila were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. The area, the pool, the overall holiday was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again.
Many thanks,
The Dixons

The Villa was actually larger than we expected, the photos don't do it justice. It was ideally positioned with regard to walking to the supermarket or into town, both approximately a 10 - 15 minute flat walk (even with pushchairs!). Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in town, and a choice of supermarkets on the main road (Pepe le Sal would be our recommendation - great choice of food, especially for the bbq!)
The villa itself was very clean and practically laid out for our two families. Plenty of furniture inside and out. We had absolutely everything we needed. The pool area was superb and of a very high standard and the bbq area was perfect. If i could say anything negative about the Villa it would only be that air conditioning would have been nice at night time, but the owner has very considerately provided free standing fans in ALL of the rooms, so that was the next best thing.
Overall, a five star experience, our only regret is that we didn't book TWO weeks!!!!!

We have stayed at this villa three times, and think it is fantastic.
The location is great as it overlooks vineyards and hills, the villa is very spacious and luxurious and has been decorated to a very high standard.
The town had everything we needed and has a feeling of exclusivity. The choice of restaurants is vast and suited everyone in our party.
We would definately recommend this villa and hope to be going in the near future.

The villa itself is extremely comfortable and somewhat luxurious. The pool especially is particularly delightful and we spent many an hour frolicking in it, day and night, as it looks lush with the lights on at night. The situation of the villa is fantastic. Within walking distance of Moraira yet not too close as you feel like your in the countrside when overlooking the lovely vineyards. Moraira itself is gorgeous, not touristy but not lacking in all sorts of international cuisine. We loved our time at this villa and look forward to visiting again when we have saved up enough money!
