Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Some feedback would be a coffee table would be useful, as would a bedside lamp so you can turn the light off when in bed, the TV did not pick up a signal. the pool was really cold even at the end of the summer! We think a book with information in would be useful, with names of restaurants, places to visit, etc. This sounds like nit picking as the villa was spotless, in a beautiful, quiet location (far enough away from Ayia Napa to be quiet but near enough to drive there), walking distance to a shop, beach, etc. The weather in Cyprus is always lovely, so would recommend this villa highly.

What a fantastic holiday.......... I have to say i was slightly worried about renting a villa as it was the first time we had done it but we will be definitely doing it again we arrived on 01.08.2012 and stayed for 10 days the villa is well kept and a very clean place to stay and has everything that you would need for a self catering holiday we will be booking to go again it is situated in a quite grove and is around ten minutes from aiya napa and you would need some kind of transport to travel around i will be recommending this villa to friends and family as i no they would love it the pool was cleaned more or less everyday as well which i thought was great. thanks again to the owners of the property.

the villa is lovely and in a quiet area and at the end of a cul de sac, so you are not overlooked . car is recommended if u intend to see more than ayia thelkla as there is only a few restaurants in the area and at least a 15 minute walk away. the pool is lovely and big we spent most of our day around it and it has the sun all day.

We had great time to your villa. Excellent location. We enjoy the pool all day long. The nights outside, with good friends, mexican food, mojitos and "nargile" was divine. I wouldnt mind rent it for more days in the near future. Thanks

The lovely pool area has sun all day. The villa has everything you need for a comfy stay & benefits from having shutters on the windows which keep the villa cool & also secure if you go out. Its about a 15 minute stroll to the local shop which sells nearly everything you need & has a new bar/restaraunt built next door which does very reasonably priced meals. You definately need a car to stay here but I would certainly recommend this villa

this property is in a very quite area if stay u will need a car to get any were i stay with my wife and 3 kids for two week had a nice time.pool area is a good size.i would stay here again

THIS WAS A VERY NICE VILLA IN QUIET AREA.IT WAS WELL MAINTAINED DURING OUR 3 WEEK STAY, LOVELY POOL AND PATIO AREA AT SIDE FOR SHADE ON HOT AFTERNOONS, HANDY FOR MOTORWAY TO AYIA NAPA, PROTARAS AND SUPERMARKETS IN PARALIMNI.
