A wonderful week in Tuscany. The setting is very tranquil, with fabulous views of the surroundîng hillside villages. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The house if very comfortable and it is easy to feel at home. Our dog was also made welcome and enjoyed it!

Our stay at the farmhouse was wonderful for me and my three children. There was plenty of space for them to play inside and out. The kitchen is large and has good pots and pans. It was also spotlessly clean and everything is in excellent repair. The view is beautiful. The house is in a great location for exploring northern Tuscany. You are far enough from Pescia to feel like you are in the country, but close enough to easily get everything you need. Trains run regularly from Pescia to Florence and Pisa. You can also take the train to Sienna and the beaches at Viareggio. Mr. and Mrs. Michelotti were wonderful hostswed love to return some day.

The farm house is in an idyllic location with views over several hill-top towns. Ivo and his wife were very welcoming and on our first evening greeted us with a delicious home-made mushroom sauce made from mushrooms just picked. The were many lovely places to visit nearby with Lucca being our favourite. The only surprise we received was the steep gravel track down to the property After being there a couple of days, it was no longer an issue but the first few journies were a little hairy. Our advice would be to rent a small car if possible. Please dont be put off by this because once you are there it is so peaceful and relaxing you wont want to leave!

Thanks and I will be always at your disposition.

When looking for our holiday I wanted somewhere private and relaxing to take my family and I wasn't disappointed. The farmhouse was wonderful and the location and views exceeded all my expectations. Pescia is a wonderful market town with a lovely relaxed atmoshphere and great restaurants which offer excellent value for money. The owners of the farm couldn't have been more delightful and had even gone to the trouble of making a reservation for us at the museum in Florence as there is a waiting list. Although you do need a car it is perfectly positioned for both Pisa and Florence which can be reached easily by Train if you want a break from driving. If you are wanting to book a great holiday home in Tuscany you need look no furhter, you've found it!

Fantastic location in the hills, very secluded (although the single track byway down to the farmhouse is a bit hairy!). The vendors, Ivo and Adriana are very friendly and welcoming, and are always on hand to help with advice or assistance should it be needed. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped, with a microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. This is the ideal base for touring, being within easy reach of Lucca, Florence and the east coast. The local town of Pescia offers most of the every day requirements and also has a train station (I'd strongly advise using the train when travelling to Florence and further flung destinations). The whole family enjoyed themselves and I would definitely recommend it.
