Having visited Florida many times and previously stayed in villas, this home has been the nicest. Large, comfortable and welcoming. Well furnished, well maintained and excellent facilities provided. Situated within a gated estate it is quiet and a joy to return to after a day out. Great location offering easy routes to whever you want to go, beit the parks, beach or shopping. I would definately book again.

The property was in excelent condition and the photpoghaphs did not do it justice. The pool area was very spacious with lots of pool toys for the kids and I would have no hesitation in recomending this villa

Everything was absolutely fabulous! Clean, well equipped and gorgeous. Will definitely be back. we come every year, sometime twice a year and this has been the best home very close to our own in New York. The kids were so pleased and comfortable, when we went out for the day they couldnt wait to get back to the house.

Easy access to all theme park/shopping/restaurants. House is stunning very comfortable,everything you require is in the villa. Special features for us were,internet access,games room,and cable TV. We have stayed in the villa twice and enjoyed our holiday very much that we will book again for our next holiday.

Large, comfortable family home about 20/25 mins from parks. We had a wonderful stay and found the pool, games room and internet really handy for the children. We also hired a BBQ and had wonderful evenings sitting around the pool and relaxing. The jacuzzi was the adults favourite!! Owners and Management Company really helpful and always easy to get hold of. Definately would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic house on a great estate. Big pool and a great games room made for some brilliant fun around the house. Definitely one to recommend.

An excellent villa (by far the best we've had in Florida) with all the amenities we could need. Pool table and Computer were very popular with our teenage kids.
Also a good base from which to explore (about 25 mins to Disney and 40 mins to Universal). A Publix supermarket is less than 5 mins away.

The villa is beautiful, as is the estate,and it is in easy access to all the Disney theme parks,food shopping and eating.The villa had all the amenities you could wish for and more.We found the stroller and the pool inflatables came in very useful.Our evenings when we were having meals was spent around the pool area which was very relaxing when we had the pool and spa lights on.
We won a huge tiger at Sea World, too big to bring home so we have left him as a permanent guest.

Two families shared the villa and we had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent and the highchair and travelcot was a bonus as we were travelling with a young baby.
We had a few problems with the pool when we arrived and had trouble getting in touch with the management company to rectify the issue, but we contacted Peter in the UK and everything was then sorted out swiftly.
Throughout the booking process any questions we had were answered quickly and politely. Would definitely book this villa again and recommend to others..in fact we will probably be booking a villa in 2008...hope yours is available.

We had a fantastic time - the villa accommodation is excellent with all facilities we could possibly need throughout our holiday. Many thanks for letting us stay, and I will be sure to pass on your details to our friends.
We managed our time perfectly so saw all the major theme parks but also had time out for shopping (of course) and a trip to Daytona beach, as well as hours in the water parks. The weather was superb, only half a day of rain, great for time of year.

An excellent property for the family, whether young or old. The facilities catered for everything from the youngest baby to the stroppiest teenager, who didn't want to be away from her friends, i.e. computer with internet access so that she could "talk" to them. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool area and games room were the most used and it was nice to interact as a family without the television constantly on. Although the tv was great too!!

we found the villa very comfortable, all the rooms have been tastefully furnished and kept to a high standard, it took us about 20-30mins. to get to the parks depending on traffic.
We were very lucky with the weather, only got rained off one afternoon during our stay.we were in the pool most days but if we went in September again I would get the pool heated, still once you plucked up the courage to jump in it was ok.
If I had to find a fault it would be that the pool could do with some bushes/plants round the outside of the pool screen to give a bit of privacy while your soaking up the rays.
I would have no qualms about recommending this property to anyone, and we would book it ourselves if available the next time we go to that part of Florida.

We were thrilled with the fantastic accommodation. Everything more than met our expectations, with plenty of space to relax and spread out. The pool was well used by the kids and was especially nice to fall into at the end of a long "Disney day". Great location for park access, with only a 15-20 min drive. Would use again!

One of the best villas I have stayed in. Quality of furnishings was excellent and the property maintained very well.
Pool had sun all day and its in a quiet location.
In gated community which helps nervous first time visitors to the USA.
If you have kids, the villa is equipped with DVD's and Playstation so no worries about what to do with them.
I intend to use the villa for my next visit.

The property is more like a palace than a rental property. It is ideally place 8 miles from Disney which is easily accessible. There is also a massive Wal-Mart just down the road, with plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby on the 192.
The space in the home is more than enough and very well decorated.
The pool was a refreshing end to a busy Disney day.
When I had a small problem with the pool the Rental agent was friendly and quick to sort the issue out.
This has been the best family holiday and would recommend this home to anyone thinking of going to Florida.
