A beautiful new villa just off Urbanization La Marina with private pool
This new property is on the 2nd phase of Villa Palmeral and has access to all shops, bars and amenities on La Marina.

Ground Floor
Double gate entrance secures a lovely small private pool with small patio in the garden finished off with white stones. Outside shower is also provided.
A few steps lead to the main entrance which is a spacious Living / Dining area fully furnished including TV, digi box, DVD player.
The villa has a large reception area with 3 windows giving lots of light and good views of the
Elche valley and surrounding areas.

The downstairs area consists of a separate kitchen complete with mod cons
The twin bedroom and also walk in shower room / toilet is on the ground floor.

First Floor
Solid marble staircase leads to two more bedrooms, both double and with fitted / mirrored
wardrobes and balcony access with wonderful views on surrounding area
The main bathroom and shower is here also.

To finish off another set of stairs takes you to the roof terrace again with excellent views over
towards the mountains

A communal pool is also available with this lovely property & is situated right next to it
We would recommend that Car hire of some description is essential with this property though

Transfers from Alicante airport only are included in the price if needed but please note that transfers from Murcia do have an additional charge of 20 euros.
Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from their office on the urbanisation

Activities in the area include going North or South with a maximum of 30 - 40 mins drive are plenty of excellent golf courses ranging anywhere from 45 € - 80€ per round
3 theme parks for all the family in Benidorm or day out quad biking, water skiing, horse riding, aqua-parks, or a visit to tabarca island.



Information on the area
La Marina is a coastal urbanisation which is about 12 miles south of Alicante airport & 40 miles north of Murcia airport (San Javier), so check both airports’ for flights’.
On-site there are a large choice of bars’ & restaurants, 2 large swimming pool complexes, a snooker club, flat green bowling & 3 supermarkets. A bus service & various coach trips are also available. Hire cars’ on La Marina aren’t essential but are very useful. Emergency services are available & 2 fully maintained clinics’ are open. Public telephones are ample, as well as 2 or 3 internet cafes’. A street market on Thursday & Sunday is worth a visit. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.


Extra Information on the area
La marina beach is about 10 miles wide & is situated between the towns of Santa Pola & Guardamar. It’s one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sand & often wins the blue ribbon award. It has a restaurant & beach bars if needed.
With in half an hour drive in most directions the are also plenty of golf courses.
Water parks, Elche Safari park & horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away is the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. Also has a theme park, a safari park with a small water park as well, large water park & Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
