I had a lovely holiday staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, and the views are really nice. The pool is beautiful and I had a really comfortable stay. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a full length mirror in one of the rooms? I had to keep using the elevator! Otherwise a really nice place. Thanks Mirran xx
Had a great time in the sunny apartment, but the only critical thing is that with the underbed sheet was too thick which made it very hot at night. Oh, and one more thing, you definitely need a bigger TV. Thanks for a great stay. Owen

We do not have a full length mirror due to child safety, although there is a large mirror in the master bedroom and a mirror in each bedroom and both bathrooms
The mattress protectors are fitted under the sheet for hygiene reasons to protect the mattress for future guests. It was exceptionally hot in Spain during August this year.
We will look into a larger TV In the future, although TV size is personal taste

We were very happy with the appartment and its proximity to the town.Great places to eat and drink and all within walking distance.The appartment was very clean and spacious and enjoyed by us all.

Everything, absolutely perfect. From our first contact with Peter & Anne to meeting Lynne the keyholder.
The apartment was first class and very spacious with everything you could ever need.. The kids just loved the pool on the roof.
A big thank you again for organising the supplies waiting for us when we arrived, it was very much appreciated.
All in all, everything was just brilliant.

We have had a lovely holiday.
Thank you for the loan of your apartment, it is very roomy & had everything we needed.
One suggestion, maybe 2 pillows per bed as most people have them at home, & a mirror in each bedroom.

The accommodation consists of 3 bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms being en suite. There is also a separate bathroom containing bath/shower. There is a spacious kitchen which leads to a galley. The lounge and balcony overlook a well maintained park. The accommodation has a rooftop pool with ample space for sunbathing. The apartment is approximately 2Dž minutes walk to the centre which has a various number of restaurants which cater for most tastes. The accommodation is in an ideal location. Los Montesinos is situated about 40 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports.

the property was simply but well furnished.
there was plenty of space which was appreciated with three teenage girls plus granma in the party.
it was well situatedwithin easym reach of the shops and amenities.
altogether anenjoyable holiday and an appartment we would book again if we return to los montesinos .

A superb apartment located in the small village of Los Montesinos. Very spacious and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a hassle-free stay.
The apartment is very well maintained and the rooftop terrace area with pool an added bonus. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to visit again.
The information books and leaflets were also helpful.
Thanks to Anne and Peter for a fantastic holiday and for all their thoughts on our behalf!

We found the apartment to be ideally situated
for touring the area, and well sited on the edge
of town. The apartment had everything needed
for a self catering holiday. We certainly will
consider renting again.
The only down side was we found empty bottles
under one bed and a layer of dust/fluff under
the main bed.

We have been in touch with our management company, who have acted quickly and sacked the cleaner responsible, we hope this action will address any future problems.

Dear Peter/Anne, the holiday was first class, apartment was special, a holiday at home, thanks for the starter pack a cup tea goes down well after a long day.
