Abraham’s house is a lovely place to spend your holidays. This was our fifth visit and we still felt sad like the first time when we had to leave. This house is not like the usual tourist apartments…this is a big rustic villa with yards and verandas covering more than 800square meters and a big sized pool in the middle of a nice garden with matured fruit trees. The price is low compare to what is offered. We have really enjoyed our stay so much and we will talk positive and recommend it to our friends who will travel to Cyprus

Our stay at Abraham’s house was exactly the holiday experience we were looking for.
The house is a real heaven for anyone who is looking for days of peace and tranquility.
To laze by the pool surrounded by all the wonderful fruit trees for shade in the heat of the day with just the sound of the cockerels on the nearby farm to break the silence and wake you from your dreams under Abraham’s very own “Trees of Idleness”.

Tochni is an unspoiled village just 5km from the sea build up high on 2 hills with lovely sea and hill view. It is a picturesque village with friendly Cypriot people, nice traditional restaurants, a good shop, bank etc.
Tochni is a good location as it is near to the beach and easy to reach Larnaca and the Troodos mountains as well as Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Limassol, - and Pafos.
The 2 bedroom apartment of Abraham's House where we stayed is a very nice traditional Cypriot house with all the modern today’s facilities. What should I mention first… the10X6m. 8-shape Crystal clean pool? The huge fruit garden? The veranda with the panoramic view? Our expectations were fulfilled in all ways and we would like to thank all who contribute to make our holiday one to remember! Helen,jimmy,lola,andrious,michalena.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The house is fantastic in all aspects! Much better than the description in the web. Our 5 children will never forget this holiday…the pool the garden…the only problem is that they are nagging and they want to come back!!! Where do we start, as the whole experiance was wounderful.
Abraham met us at crossroads just off the motorway, (just 25min from the airport), and we followed him to our home for the next two weeks.
NB there is a great kebab takeaway & a great bakers by this crossroads, you must try them.
We were shown around by Abraham and his wonderful wife Eleni. The property is well kept and the pictures just cannot do the place justice.
They made us very welcome, and gave us all the assistance we needed, be it advice on what to see, to extra towels whenever we wanted them, (with 3 females in the party, it was quite a few)
My wife & three children loved the pool so much, that the beach, at Governors Beach was relegated to 2nd option, even though we consider it one of the best & tranquil beaches in Cyprus.
We were all amazed at the lush green fruit trees surrounding the pool, if you have rented a villa before, be it in Spain, USA or Cyprus you will not find a pool in more lushous surroundings.
The village is an amazing mix of locals in their homes which will have been in their familes for 100's of years to renovated properties such as ours, which blends in so well you have difficulty spotting which is which.
We enjoyed our 2 weeks and hope to stay again on our next visit. The whole family have wonderful memories of Abrahams House which we hope will keep us going until our next visit.
As for Abraham & Eleni they looked after us so well, they brought us fresh figs & apricots from their trees before we left, I only wish I was still about when the plums, oranges, pomigranites and almonds were ready to try.
It was simply a wounderful place and so relaxing, the children cannot wait to return.
Fantastic, I have already recommended it to family & friends.

We had a lovely time in Abraham’s house and we felt very lucky to be there on spring. The orange trees and mandarins were in blossom and it was a real heaven to be in that beautiful garden with the swimming pool. We really felt like home and we found the house better than it’s advertised on the internet! It really is good value for money. We also liked the location as is near to all towns as well as governor’s beach. We like travelling and this was like oasis coming back tired and jumping into the pool. Our two daughters already nagging us for going back next year… We recommend this house to every one but especially to the ones with children as the highlights of this house is its huge gardens over than 600sqm. This was our first visit to Cyprus along with my daughter,husband and 2 year old grandchild.I cannot recommend Avrahams House more highly.We had a superb time.The pool and surrouding gardens are gorgeous and very peaceful.The apartments spotlessly clean and Avraham and his wife Elenor very welcoming and helpful.The dogs Zorro and Dolly were sure fire winners with my grandson.I will definately be returning,my only comment would be that 1 week is not long enough.

A lovely house in a quiet traditional Cypriot village, but close enough to main road so that you can easily explore the island. Our children loved the pool and garden (so did we), and were made very welcome by the owner, Avraam, who is also very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic holiday, both fun and relaxing - thankyou.

We had two outstanding weeks in Cyprus. Abraham`s House fulfilled our expectations in all ways. The location in the unspoiled village of Tochni is perfect for those, who like to make day-trips to the archeological sites of Pafos, Amathous or Kourion and to the cities of Nikosia, Limassol and Larnaca. The Motorway is just a few kilometers away, and so you reach nearly everything within max. 1 hour.
Abraham`s House has a beautiful garden and pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, so the lazy ones can relax perfectly.
The owner looks after his property, is very friendly and helps in every
case.
We absolutely recommend this accomodation for self-caterers, who either like to see a lot of Cyprus or just like to relax. A very nice location
for families, too.
We are looking forward to come again!

Had a wonderful time, it was a lovely place. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked again for next year! The owner was very helpful and friendly. The pool was also excellent, the kids loved it. The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty to see and do across the island. Can't wait until next year!!

We had a very pleasant week in Avram’s house, and had really good experiences there. Three families with small children, we all enjoyed the well-kept garden full of fruit trees and the clean and fresh pool and the kind hospitality of Avram and his nice dogs, Zorro and Dolly. The village is quiet and charming, and spectacular. I can recommend the three restaurants in the village with confidence. We travelled all around the island by rented car (it is a must to have one!) but did not find better food anywhere! I can recommend the place to those who prefer to stay out of the tourist centres.

We had an excellent 10 days in the 2 bedroom apartment of Abraham's House. The owner was friendly and helpful and gave good suggestions of where to visit on the island. The apartment was well equipped and close to a shop with a very friendly and helpful owner, as well as a bank. Tochni is a good place to stay in terms of visiting the island as it is near to the beach and easy to reach Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and the Troodos - and Pafos and Ayia Napa are not much further. We would definitely recommend staying at Abraham's House.

The villa is in a lovely traditional village with easy access to all points on the island. The owner who lives next door is very helpful and welcoming without being imposing. The pool is excellent and the views all around are excellent. All in all an excellent base that is peaceful and has everything you would need

There can be nothing more delightful than arriving somewhere that feels like home but so much better. Avraam Zenonos provides wonderful hospitality for his guests in beautiful surroundings. I have travelled often around the Mediterranean and stayed in many places and have never felt more comfortable than staying in Abraham’s House in Tochni. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you could wish for, the gardens are beautifully looked after with a clean attractive swimming pool for guests, and to cap it all the price is astonishingly reasonable. Avraam is helpful, charming but discreet so you can be private or enjoy his conversation and local knowledge. I cannot imagine finding anywhere pleasanter for a holiday visit, the only sad thing was having to leave too soon, this is the sort of place it would be nice to stay for many many weeks and feel entirely at home, but also spoilt!
If you worry about Tochni being away from the sea, don’t. It is a beautiful village with the usual friendly Cypriot people, a good shop, restaurants, and only 10 minutes from a lovely beach. Enjoy it, you may never find anywhere better.
