We are very appreciate to Avraam and Elena for warm welcome and perfect holidays! The house is placed very comfortable, only 50m from the beautiful beach and restaurants. We always had a choice where to have meal in restaurant or in apartment. The house is very comfortable and cozy. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with these holidays and hope to come back to GG’s house the next summer.

We found this property to be good in very clean and well looked after. The equipments inside the house were adequate for our requirements and we didn’t have any difficulty cooking anything we wished. However most of the time we preferred to eat at Adamos restaurant which is just 50 meters from the apartment and right on the beach with its tables overlooking the sea. We found the prices very reasonable and the food was nice.
Overall we had a holiday to remember with lots of eating and swimming in the beautiful Mediterranean sea.

Our expectations were fulfilled in all respects. Very tastefully furnished apartment in good condition and clean throughout.
The beach is shallow ideal for our children and very close to the house. We had a good relaxation and we enjoyed a lot of swimming and sunbathing.
We had a pleasant stay and we saw many places.
The owners were Very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants in the immediate area, all right on the beach, open from morning to midnight serving all kind of food mainly sea food.

A Very well looked after house and in very good location - Air condition in all rooms and with a well equipped Kitchen with all necessary facilities for cooking.
The beach is just few steps away, and we enjoyed nice walks every morning.
Thanks to ‘Adamos fish tavern’ near by who gave us free sun beds and umbrellas and for the very good service and excellent sea food.

Excellent accommodation: spacious living room with comfortable chairs, very well equiped kitchenette, airy bedroom with good beds, and a nice bathroom with hot and cold water. In front of the house is a terrace with a table and chairs, and 2 stretchers. A small garden seperates the property from a large open area with ample parking space.
The house has a perfect location, especially for people with a car: in the centre of the South coast, near the highway, which brings you to every corner of the island. Nearby, along the beach, which is a few 100 meters away, are some excellent seafood restaurants.
We spent here 3 weeks, making trips over the island, and relaxing at the beach. Thanks to the complete kitchen, we did a lot of cooking at home.
The owner, Mr. Abraham, is a most helpful host, who always tried to fulfil our wishes.

Only one "bad thing"...we could not stay longer.

Excellent house with all comforts near a beautiful sandy beach with many restaurants along the beach. We recommend this beach house for those who like to enjoy peaceful holidays in the nature far from overcrowded tourist resorts.

The property is excellent, very well equipped, the location is very good, far from the big cities with their huge populations, but requires a rented car. The very beautiful beach is located only about 50 meters away. Eating out: there are two simple restaurants nearby and one great restaurant in "Andreas and Melani" in about 10 min of walk with great choice of food.

GGs beach house exceeded our expectation for a vacation rental. We have enjoyed our stay and we loved that kitchen had all necessary utensils for cooking and serving. Very specious and airy apartment with two verandas made our stay comfortable. Access to the beach is easy and very close and this is a plus.
Over all we had a wonderful time and we have to say that the house and the location (Governors Beach) are much better than the description in the internet. For holidays on the beach is an ideal choice.
We shall talk to all our friends positive about this beautiful beach house.

Excellent house for holidays on the beach! The house is well furnitured and has good kitchen facilities. The beach is very nice and is no more than 100 meters away from the house. Nice restaurants close by. I recommend this house for beach holidays.

Nice house in excellent condition, well furnished, tidy and clean, with nice bedroom. The sitting room is comfortable with well equipped kitchen. 2 verandas with table and chairs and 2 sun beds. Air Condition keeps the desired temperature. The place is far of crowded resorts, and there are not any large buildings. A few restaurants are aligned to the beach serving mainly sea food. The beach is approximately 100 mt from the house a free umbrella and sun bed is given free from “Adamos restaurant” next door.
From this location, it is easy to reach the most important and interesting, tourist destinations in Cyprus, Limassol, Pafos, Troodos, Agia Napa etc.

This was my fourth time spending my holidays in this lovely house that feels more like renting a friends apartment than the usual holiday apartments. Everyone wants the WOW factor! GGS has it! This is an absolutely fantastic place. Its peaceful with great views. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable the kitchen is brilliant and well equipped and we were very pleased with the level of accommodation that was improved from our last year’s visit and it was great value for money. The house is of a very high standard with good facilities very tidy and very clean. A lovely beach is just a few steps away and instead of a shower, we were just having a nice swim every morning!
The location of the house was so easy to get to areas of interest, although I admit we stayed in the house for the first 4 days because it was so peaceful and relaxing.
We had a brilliant holiday and will look forward to returning very soon! Dont hesitate to book this house and please…visit this location! Emily and Maria

After we went out from Larnaca Airport we called Abraham our land lord, and arrange meeting with him. He waited us at the motorway exit 15 with a nice smile and made us feel welcome from the first moment!
GGs Beach House is a nice house, clean and very well maintained. The location is also very good. One minute walk to a nice clean beach and one km. from the main motor way that connects Limassol Larnaca and Nicosia! We enjoy cooking our selves and it was nice to see that the kitchen appliances, pans and dishes were more than we expected! The air conditioning in the bedroom and in the sitting room made our stay inside the house very pleasant! We didn’t feel boring not for a moment spending so many hours in the sea and enjoying lovely long walks along the shore. It was May and the beach was not crowded and the temperature was nice around 30 degrees. The Security in the area was excellent and we felt safe during our stay. It’s a nice house and location as well. The description in the website is accurate! We have just had a great relaxing holiday at this house, we loved the area and we are actually thinking going back a second time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Booking our holidays from internet was our first time and we were sceptical, but finally were impressed and satisfied of the whole process. The rental system booking program proved to be very sophisticated and easy to use, and the email reminders we were getting on every step made the process very enjoyable. All our questions were quickly answered from the owner Mr. Abraham and this is something that made us confident.
We arrived at Larnaca Airport and after we delivered our car rental we called Abraham (our contact in Cyprus) and arrange meeting with him at Zygi crossroad. He was there waiting for us with his lovely wife Elena and after we had a nice warm welcome he showed us around the crossroad shopping area which proved to be very sufficient. We then followed them to the GG’s House at Governor’s beach. We stopped just outside the house where it was a large parking place and we were pleased to see the beach was very close to the house no more than 60 - 70 meters! The sea view was not panoramic but was good enough from the front veranda. Abraham showed us the house inside and we were pleased to see that there were all necessary equipments, utensils, big brand new fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, radio, LCD TV, washing machine and the house furniture was nicer than we expected. Nice clean modern bedroom, lovely sitting room, nice garden table, chairs and sun beds. On the top of these Abraham gave us free access to the huge garden with grass and palm trees on the beach front with a free sun bed and an umbrella! Then Abraham and his wife introduced us to the next door restaurant owner Mr. Giasemis, a very nice gentleman. He offered coffees to all of us and after we went back to the house for rest after a long day. We were really impressed from the attention given to us from Mr. Abraham and his wife!
The next day was mostly a lazy day under the palm trees at the front garden with breaks for some refreshing jumps in the crystal clean sea.
The days after, we had enjoyed many long walks along the beach and a lot of relaxation. Governor’s beach is an excellent quite place ideal for relaxation. However there are many nice beach restaurants capable to satisfy all tastes mainly sea food. We recommend “Adamos Restaurant” which is the one closer to GG’s.
Our five years old son is still sad that we had to leave this wonderful place but we manage to calm him down promising him that our next holiday will be at the same place.
We highly recommend GG’s House to those one who like to enjoy peace and nature on their holidays!

I met Abraham at Zigi roundabout where I wanted to pick up some provisions but he made me drive all the way to the house first which meant I had to go back to Zigi later then back to the house again - and since i had been travelling for 12 hours I found that very inconsiderate of him!
Abraham gave me the key and it was very difficult to open the door then he dissappeared without showing me how anything worked!
The next day the knob fell off the door - I asked the restaurant owner in Adamos to call Abraham but he never showed up the whole of my stay!
There wasnt a decent view off the sea and infront to the left was a building site!
The house had quite a nice lay out with a veranda to the back and to the front - but hard pillows old towels etc
Suggestion - make improvements in the house and change the agent!

A clean and well maintained House with a good kitchen and tastefully furnished and with good air-conditioning. I think everyone would enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The access to the beautiful clean and peaceful beach, it is very close to the house. Several restaurants serve excellent sea food and other nice dishes – I could say low prices. We recommend this choice to anyone.

This house is very well looked after and also in very good location - Just One hundred meters to the beach. The kitchen, was well organised with all necessary for cooking and exceeded our expectation for a beach housel! Adamos fish tavern is just next door with tables outside overlooking Gov. Beach with very good service and excellent sea food. The beach is just few steps away, and we enjoyed lovely walks every morning. We also visited, Limassol which is the nearest town for clubbing.

We enjoyed 3 lovely weeks this March with our 6 months baby in this lovely house! All rooms Nice furnished, air conditioned and less than 200 meters to a lovely beach. The kitchen appliances were more than we expected for a holiday house. We were supported a nice baby cot free of charge and we would like to say a big thank you to the owner Avraam! We had a fantastic time and love to come back.

Had a fantastic stay in Governor's Beach - the accomodation was clean and spacious with a lovely big terrace.
Great location with good access to all parts of the island. Plenty of restaurants, however it was all very quiet because it was the end of the season.
Would definately return, although we would go earlier in the year!

The Apartment was clean and airy with an excellent patio space. There is air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. The beach is nice and just a few meters away. Happy Holidays!

We had a 2 week holiday and would highly recommend GGs, especially those wishing to be in a quiet and peaceful environment. The apartment was spotless and less than 100 meters from the sea. Very close to the apartment were very good sea food restaurants, The Sea is extremely clean and safe to swim. Governors Beach is not a busy resort and that is something that makes it special. A hiring car is recommended as there are many places around worth visit. We had a fantastic holiday that we will always remember!

I found the property in excellent condition, properly furnished and clean, with a sleeping room, a sitting room with kitchen (a washing machine is included), a bathroom with bathtub and shower and 2 verandas with table, chairs and sunchairs. In the sitting room, one sofabed can accomodate 2 more people; a cot and a high chair are available too. 2 separated AC units and a ceiling fan keep the desired inside temperature. The apartment is central between 2 similar onefloor apartments. Although not directly facing the beach, it's within walking distance (100 mt) to the black sands of the Governors's Beach, an important prerequisite for families with children. The location itself is free of big resorts, hotels and large build-up areas; only few restaurants are aligned to the beach and other apartment buildings (max 2/3 floors) are growing nearby. Shopping facilities, inlcuding a pharmacy, are at 5/6 kms (10min by car). From this location, - that is at some 20 km E of Limassol, at midway between Larnaka and Pafos, - it is easy to reach the most important and interesting, tourist destinations in Cyprus, (eg Nicosia is only 50 min driving). The beach is in a bay aproximately 800 mt long and 50mt wide where renting an umbrella and a sunchair costs 2,5 Cyprus pounds per day; the view eastward (apx 2/3 kms) is ruined by a powerplant, a tall chimney and few oil depots: be careful to take pictures westward.

The Property was light and airy with an excellent patio space. We enjoyed the access to the beach, it is very close to the property. The local contact was welcoming and helpful upon arrival from Larnaca. We were fortunate to have an excellent neighbor George who shared Christmas with us. Future guests who are staying during the winter month of December would benefit from a space heater, especially if they get chilled like me.

Aavram and his wife were very kind and helpful, and this beach house was a wonderful spot for a lovely holiday. The beach is just steps away, and although the view of the sea from the apartment will soon be partially blocked by a new building going up, it's still a lovely setting. A cute fish tavern with a friendly staff is just next door, overlooking Gov. Beach and there are several other restaurants in the immediate area.

How wonderful to be able to wake up to the sun, pull on your swimsuit, pick up your towel and walk a few metres to the beach. Every morning! This is what you get at GG's House. Clean accommodation, plenty of room for the two of us, as much hot water as we needed, and fantastic sunsets across Governor's Beach. Coming back? Absolutely!

Very clean and pleasant place to stay. We LOVE to cook and found that the kitchen appliances, pans and dishes exceeded our expectation for a vacation rental!
Although not really on the beach (apartment building being built between house and water), the stroll to the water was less than 30 seconds, the area was quiet and relaxing and we really enjoyed staying at this well kept house!

The property its self was good, clean and well maintained. Close to beach but the sea view from the property was spoilt by car parking area and litter, heaps of soil where we was told once stood a house.Apart from this I think people would enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Several restaurants close by which do get busy but worth a visit.

Ideally quiet and well landscaped, clean and fully furnished rooms, handy for a not overcrowded beach, owner extremely helpful, several good restaurants close at hand. Would choose to come back here.
