A really lovely apartment. Fantastic views and Pat and Ray are two of the most genuine people you could ever meet. Thank you for being so helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great holiday as a family of 3, the apartment is very nice and in a good location, with a fantastic sea view and a well maintained and clean swimming pool. Great hospitality, generous welcome pack included, air conditioning...We couldnt ask for more, we will definitely book again!!!

We had a very enjoyable holiday in the apartment. Lovely views from the balcony and all bars, restraunts and supermarkets in easy reach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed which was very welcome, many villas and apartments have very uncomfortable lumpy bed. The welcome pack was excellant and much appreciated. This apartment is highly recommended.We both look forward to staying at the apartment again in the near future. Many thanks Dave and Zoe

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything to be happy on holiday. There was an excellent welcome pack! Owners were very friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic location and beautiful view from a great terrace. We had an excellent rest there. Mojacar is very nice town. We will recommend your apartment to our friends. Thank you very much for everything and hope to come to Mojacar again.

Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.As previous reviewers have stated-the amount of goods in our free gift pack exceeded our expectations. There was a problem with the tv, which the owner sorted out the next day. We found them very friendly and helpful . It was a great location for us for a few days break as we had our own car. Wouldn´t be suitable without one in our opinion, as it is situated on an extremely steep hill. Best bit was the views and the very large terrace to view them from.

The property is a quality penthouse apartment with fantastic views. You can lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the mediterranean sea and then have breakfast on the substantial terrace. What a start to the day that is! Even the best beach area of Mojacar playa is only a 10 minute walk downhill. Once there, you will find a blue flag beach as well as bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarket. Something for everyone! The owners (Ray and Pat) are fantastic. They provided a welcome pack second to none and gave us a good insight into mojacar and what it had to offer as well as the neighbouring towns and villages. Ask them yourself - Youll enjoy their hospitality and learn about the area, what to do and see etc etc etc.
Those whose legs are not in the finest of health will have problems walking back from the beach area up to apartment. It is steep, (of that there is no doubt) but the idea of a cool drink on your terrace overlooking the glistening mediterranean sea once back at the apartment makes it all soooo worthwhile. Cheers!

the owners of this property made us so welcome they went to a lot of trouble to make sure we had everything we needed.we have been to a lot of places and stopped in lots of apartments but have never had such wonderful treatment they made us feel like a friend we cant thank them enough .we will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends

We have used the apartment before and as usual it was excellent.
Pat and Ray were extremely helpful and are very nice people and couldnt do enough to help us.
The views from the apartment are spectacular. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with the added bonus of television if you just wanted to stay in and relax. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and saved the worry of shopping immediately.
I will definately go back there again.
In all we found this a most relaxing holiday.

We have just spent two weeks during September 08 at the apartment and it was excellent. The place is spotlessly clean and the welcome pack is more like a weeks shopping! Pat and Ray who own the apartment are really lovely and cant do enough to help. The views of the sea from the balcony are stunning, where else can you lie in bed and look at the sea. Its a real home from home, beach towels are supplied there is even a hairdryer and iron. We would definately recommend a stay here.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The sleeping arrangements would suit up to 3 adults as the sofa bed is only really for one adult or two children. Towels etc were all provided and the welcome pack was excellent. We would definitely stay there again on a return visit to Mojacar. Parking was handy right at the back of the block, spectacular views out to sea and a lovely big terrace were also a great aspect of the place. Key holders were very friendly and most welcoming.

The apartment and location was everything we expected and more.Fantastic views from what must be the biggest balcony Ihave seen well equipped with sun loungers table and chairs ,apartment was large spotless well equipped very comfortable.As for the owners they couldnt do enough for you they have to be the most helpful and friendly owners we have ever met .The most fantastic welcome pack ever most unexpected.Car hire would be helpfull because of location but we managed for 4 weeks without one thanks to owners and an excellent bus service from hotel Puerto Marina ,but lots of nice bars and places to eat within 5 mins walk once you get down the hill to main road.Fantastic clean and we found very quiet pool area ,thankyou Ray and Pat for a fantastic holiday and all that you did to make it one for us to remember,we will definitley be back again

An excellent welcome -along with the best stocked fridge and freezer "welcome pack" I have ever seen in years of booking apartments. The views from the terrace are outstanding. The holiday was very relaxing. Very good all round.

Ray and pat made us feel very welcome when we arrived as they live next door,which is very handy if its your first visit to Mojacar to get to know about the place,
Apartment is very clean and comfortable,no complaints at all
We visit mojacar twice a year and always try to stay on the puerto marina complex as its also near to all the pubs and restaurants but away from any noise
Another plus is the size of the balcony and the views i make it regular thing to get up early to watch the sun rise
We went out there early April and the weather wasnt very good but it did not hamper our break
Will see you again Ray and pat in August and thanks again for everything

The property was ideal and perfect for our needs. The view was excellent as was the apartment. The owners were very nice people friendly and helpful. We would go there again and most definately go there again.

Very comfortable apartment with wonderful view. You really need a car as although the beach is fairly close it is quite a climb back up! The seafront has a huge choice of restaurants. Overall very enjoyable few days.
