Creek View is nestled in the exclusive Villa Sol community, less than 20 minutes from Disney’s doorstep, and with wide, leafy boulevards and large un-crowded lots. It is only 40 minutes to the east coast beaches, Space Centre and Nature Reserves and 90 minutes to the Gulf Coast.Orlando International airport is a mere 10 minute drive and then from the main gate of Villa Sol the Osceola Parkway leads straight to Disney and all the major attractions and Malls.With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this elegant vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests. Villa Sol is a gated community, with lots of wildlife, world-class bass fishing from the dock over at the nearby creek with its boat slip. Access is available to the giant 26sq mile Lake Toho. It is 10 minutes to East Lake bass fishing camp where boat hire is available and a new marina planned for 2006. Airboat rides on the lake are also available there. Rocket launches should be visible from the property.
A car really is essential in order to appreciate everything the Orlando area has to offer. There is never nothing to do in this area which makes this area such a popular tourist destination.

The Spacious family/ dining room boasts a large dining table with sideboard and TV adjoining the kitchen area and comfortable seating and side table in the kitchen nook area.

Step out from the family room on to the extended pool deck, with a sparkling and optionally heated pool and a gently bubbling raised spa pool that cascades a waterfall in to the main pool. Sit and relax on our comfortable deck furniture ( 4 loungers!) as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The pool area has a removable safety fence providing added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks.

If the pool isn’t enough fun and games – then the garage is the perfect place for the family to enjoy evenings playing in the games room, with a foosball table,Pool table, table tennis and electronic darts to play with!

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a family feast to enjoy together at the family dining area, or a quick snack to eat at the breakfast bar or al-fresco by the pool.Appliances include a large twin fridge freezer with chilled water and ice maker, built in dishwasher and waste disposal unit. The adjoining laundry room has an automatic washer, large capacity dryer and ironing board and iron.

Sleeping accommodation at Creek View includes two master bedroom suites, the first with a sleep-soft King-size bed, night-stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser with cable TV , two walk-in closets, and a master bathroom with his ‘n’ hers vanity basins with mirrors, walk-in shower, roman-style tub and saparate toilet room. The second master has a double-size bed, with similar luxuries to the first but with adjoining shower room and toilet. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, night-stand with lamp, dresser , and built in closet space. This shares the adjacent family bathroom with the twin bunk bedroom, complete with nightstand, lamp, dresser with cable TV, and built in closet space. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted in to a queen-size sleeper, giving additional flexibility for up to 10 guests.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
