We had a great time. Property was 15 - 20 mins from airport by taxi (30 euros). Bar/Restaurant was a 5 minute walk from the apartment, where there was also a shop close by. The apartment was everything we wanted and was in excellent condition overlooking the pool. Good size balcony for relaxing on an evening. The amenities were all you could want. There was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach / harbour. We have 2 children aged 12 and 14 and they never complained once. (need I say any more) Go-Karting and Mini Golf were only a short bus ride away ( 1 euro ) We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Having just returned from staying in the apartment, I can thoroughly recommend it. Everything we needed was already there and the welcome pack came in really handy as we arrived at night. The pool area is just as it looks in the pictures and was immaculately maintained on a daily basis. It was extremely quiet at the pool, in fact on most days, we had the whole area to ourselves! The walk to the beach is a maximum of 10 minutes through well lit areas and the diner around the corner was good value and very welcoming. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return next year. We would definitely come back to this apartment.

Perfect! Exactly as described. Clean, spacious, lovely. Just close enough to the harbour, shops, resturants to be walking distance, but far enough away to be out of the hussle and bussle. Feels really peacful there, but only 15 minute walk from bar street if thats what you fancy. The pool was lovely. We didnt hire a car, really no need to (unless you want to spend more time exploring). Taxi from the airport was 30 euros. We found taxis to be quite reasonbaly priced and very reliable. Would highly reccomend. Wed certainly like to stay there again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well presented. The view from the balcony of the pool area was great and the local residents were extremely friendly and welcoming. The short walk to local restaurants and shops was very safe and there is plenty of choice to suit all pallets. Mini-golf, water park, go-karts etc are close by and easily accesible. The motorway is also within easy reach which facilitates travel to many beautiful villages, mountains etc. It is also an easy journey from the airport and directions to the apartment are comprehensive. There is plenty of literature on local attractions and maps of the area which is extremely helpful. Mary (the property manager) is a warm and accomodating lady and we would have had no hesitation in contacting her if needed. The children highly recommend the ice-cream man who calls daily and gives excellent value for money. The many games and pool toys were a fantastic distraction for the children. We cannot speak highly enough of Paradise Gardens, the apartment and the local families. Thank-you for a wonderful, relaxing holiday - just what the doctor ordered!

My Fiance and I went here from 7th-14th March 2011. We had a fantastic time and it was so peaceful. Only bad thing I could fault was the weather for the first half of the holiday (thunderstorms and torrential downpours!) also that not many things were open, or they were just opening and not very busy, due to it being the end of their winter. The apartment was lovely and we found out our neighbour along one was also from Biggin Hill! All the locals were very friendly and we made friends with the owner of Phivos the restaurant, who on our last day gave us free drinks all night ! The local mini market Kiosk is run by a lovely man and his wife who we also made very good friends with. The only noise we heard was the donkeys at the local sanctuary and the dogs barking at the kennels next door, we wanted to take home all of them they were so adorable!
Location was ideal as the longest we had to walk was about 20 minutes to the harbour which had lots of bars and restaurants. we arrived to find 2 bottles of water, bread, cornflakes, butter and milk in our fridge which was very nice. Also the plugs were english so no need for an adapter!
Would recommend this location to friends and family, but not to go in march. Earliest I would go is April as the weather would be better and everything would be open!
Thanks again!

Had a great 2 weeks in a great setting with everything we needed. Apartment was like home from home and nice that people are willing to let others make use of what they have.
Would recommend this for couples or as we did with 3 kids aged 12, 14 and 16.

Better than described, excellent large, spacious apartment in a very quiet complex. Everything we needed was available.
I would have no hesitation in using this apartment again or indeed recommending it to friends or colleagues

The apartment was lovely and just as described. It was very well situated and walking distance to the nicest part of Pahos seafront. We were very happy to arrive late at night and find milk, bread etc waiting for us. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We are a family of six and yet it was spacious enough for us all.
We would definately return to this home from home. Thanks

The property and the pool area were fantastic. There was everything that we needed and more. It was peaceful and relaxing. Our little girl loved the pool and learnt to swim! Its position was great in that it was close to anything you needed. We would definately return and would recommend the area and the accomodation.

The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and has plenty of space, the view from the balcony overlooks the pool and garden areas. It is situated in a safe area and most people speak English. Local amenities are within walking distance of the town, sea front, harbour and ancient ruins. Paphos has plenty of eating establishments, catering for all tastes and ages from quiet restaurants to lively bars. Hire transport is readily available in the town and is worth taking advantage of just to go and see the terrific views and the varying coastline and beautiful beaches on offer.

The journey from Paphos Airport to the apartment was quick and easy by taxi and the location made it convenient to reach shops and restaurants along the sea front and there is a food market nearby.
My wife and I found the apartment spacious, well equipped and very well looked after. From the balcony, there is a delightful outlook onto a large swimming pool and garden area.
Altogether we had a very pleasant restful holiday with sunshine every day, as did some friends who we recommended you to.

How could I forget that holiday in your apartment in Paphos? It was situated on a lovely medium sized complex, where a lot of the apartments appeared to be permanently occupied by their owners, which was reflected in the way the place was being maintained.
Its location was ideal. Within easy walking distance of downtown Paphos with its shops, banks, restaurants and the harbour. What food we needed for meals other than those we ate out, was available from local shops within minutes walk of the apartment. It is certainly a place I would like to revisit. The selection of restaurants serving up delicious meals was very good. There wasn't one that we tried that we wouldn't go back to on our next visit.

The property was exactly as advertised and in a quiet location. Paradise Gardens was an appropriate name for the development. The times to walk to the tourist areas were accurate and the apartment in such a position that the only noise was the braying of a Donkey from the local sanctury. The property manager attended as promised to change bed linen and towels, she was friendly and helpful. A most enjoyable holiday, we would certainly go back!

Apartment exactly as described located within a peaceful complex focussing on the communal pool.Within easy walking distance of the busy seaside satellite to Paphos which caters for all needs. We hired a car but,on reflsction, this was not an essential.Owners really easy to deal with. Would definately repeat the booking-perhaps a bit later next year as the climate was really hot.

I think the thing that struck us most was that the apartment was exactly as described.
It’s a delightful apartment on the outskirts of Kato Paphos within very easy walking distance of the main centre and yet far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil.
The apartment is cool and airy with plenty of space, a large shaded balcony, which gets a little sun at the end of the day.
The complex was clean, very well maintained and peaceful, Thee pool was regularly serviced when we were there and was crystal clear.
The owners were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries and questions promptly.
We would certainly recommend this property to our friends - we had a very pleasant stay.

Not too easy to locate (though printed directions accurate) as local maps not up-to-date, main road passing the complex is not on them. A pleasant 15-20 minutes' walk to waterfront / restaurants / most shops, no problem if you rent a car but not highly recommended if you don't drive and are not (physically) fit to walk much.
Clean and tidy, everything you need for a self-catering holiday present. No extra charges for aircon / fridge (quite expensive in some apts.).
Quiet place (May 06) but was woken up (literally, not spiritually) once by Jehova's Witnesses. If you don't know how to deal with questions like "Do you know the Bible?" think out a few good replies in advance.
