Occupying a prime position on Paradise Gardens IV, this 3 bedroom townhouse has been tastefully furnished and overlooks a large swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. It has a secluded roof terrace, 3 bathrooms and is a short walk from the tourist area of Kato Paphos.
The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together.
The relaxing lounge is furnished with a three seater sofa bed, two seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and two occasional tables. Sliding doors open onto the patio that is furnished with a table, four chairs and a parasol. It provides direct access to the pool, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The dining area has a large pine table, which comfortably seats six people and is perfect for formal and informal dining.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster and kettle.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and table lamps. The twin and double bedrooms are on the first floor and the double has a full-width balcony overlooking the pool that is furnished with a table and chairs. With the second floor all to itself, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and private roof terrace that is furnished with two sun loungers and a table.
The first floor family bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a shower and WC on the ground floor and an en-suite shower room on the second floor.
The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside showers and sun loungers. In addition, there are four sun loungers provided for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Villa.
Additional features of the property include a television with Sky Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, games cupboard, safe, smoke alarms, laundry airer, washing basket, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in each bedroom. There is also a comprehensive information pack in the villa containing maps, bus timetable, details of supermarkets and restaurants etc. plus several Paphos guide books to enable you to get the most out of your holiday.
There is a mini-market and snack bar at the entrance to the complex, a 2 minute walk from the villa. The seafront is a 15 minute walk and the bars and restaurants are 10 minutes away.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the villa?
The villa sleeps 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) plus a sofa bed in the lounge.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes, the villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and heated in the winter if required. Unlike other villas, there is no additional charge for air conditioning.
How far away is the airport and are transfers provided?
Paphos International airport is 15km (9 miles) away and you will be provided with detailed directions and a map. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes by car and transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.
Do I need to bring any local currency?
Yes, its always a good idea to bring some local currency with you for airport transfers and basic provisions. There are plenty of banks and money exchange places within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa.
Is a car essential?
No, the excellent location means that car hire is an option, not a necessity. All the main attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride away.
How do I get the keys and locate the villa?
The keys will be sent to you 3 weeks before your arrival along with the villa location, detailed directions from Paphos airport and a map.
I have a late evening flight. On my last day, is it possible to stay in the villa until my flight home?
The check out time on the day of departure is 11.00am, but if there are no guests arriving on the day you leave, then you are welcome to stay in the villa until your flight home.
How will I find my way around the resort?
There is a comprehensive information pack in the villa containing maps, bus timetable, details of supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Will I have any language problems?
No, Greek is that native language but everyone in the tourist area speaks good English.
What entertainment is provided?
There is a television with Sky Satellite TV, multi region DVD player and CD player in the lounge, with a selection of DVDs and CDs to play. There is also a games cupboard with a variety of board games and childrens books etc.
Will I need to bring my own bed linen and towels?
No, all bedroom linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. However, we do ask that you bring your own towels to use around the pool and on the beach.
Will I need to bring a hairdryer and adaptor?
No, the villa is fitted with the normal 3 pin type sockets as in the UK and there are three hairdryers for you to use, one in each bedroom.
Where can I keep my passport and valuable items?
There is an electronic safe in the first floor double bedroom.
Is smoking allowed in the villa?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the villa, but guests can smoke outside. There are two smoke detectors fitted in the property.
Is the water safe to drink?
Yes, there is a drinking water tap in the kitchen.
Are there any medical services locally?
Details of the nearest pharmacy and hospital are contained in the information pack in the villa. Emergency treatment is free for tourists in Cyprus. For minor injuries, there is first aid kit for you to use.
