This property is a stunning villa with a lovely pool and excellent views..
We have just spent two weeks here. This is our second time to Kyrenia, it is so lovely and quiet.
The villa is very spacious and clean.

We stayed at Villa Doyan in August 2010 and had a wonderful time there. The owners have gone to great lengths to make the villa very comfortable, it is very spacious and extremely well and thoughtfully equipped, and an added bonus is the air conditioning which we found essential at night. We particularly enjoyed the space in the garden, where there are places to catch the sun but also shady spots, and the pool is absolutely magnificent. The villa’s aspect is westerly, which ensures you can enjoy the sun all day long and witness some of the most stunning sunsets, whilst still swimming in the pool, or enjoying a glass of wine on one of the terraces. North Cyprus has many things to offer its visitors, historical sites, some stunning views and a fantastic choice of food. This was our first visit and we know it won’t be our last. Would we stay at Villa Doyan again? Absolutely!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Doyan in July 2010. The villa catered for 10 of us in comfort, the owners having thought of pretty much everything you might need whilst on holiday. Highlights included:
* The pool and pool area - nice size infinity pool, great view.
* The bbq area - excellent, was well used during our ten day stay. The small bar fridge in bbq area was a nice touch.
* Well equipped kitchen - pretty much everything you would need.
* Provision of two local mobile phones - excellent idea, much cheaper than using UK based mobiles to check up on what each of us were up to.
* Great guide from the owners with lots of useful information.
Its worth noting that the roads to the villa have recently been paved, so we experienced no problems getting to it with a normal rental car.
Although the villa certainly does sleep 10, 2 of your party will be sleeping on (large comfortable) sleeper couches in the lounge for this to work. Wasnt a problem with us as we had several children in out party and they were more than happy with the arrangements.
Wed certainly recommend to others.

The property was better than expected as it was exceptionally well equiped and had a stunning view especially of the sun set. The manager was attentive through out our stay. It was immaculate inside and out and we felt the owners had gone that extra mile to make sure that our stay was memorable. In particular the information pack was really informative and comprehensive. Another nice touch was the supply of two phones, on cyprus tariffs which saved money both on local and international calls.

The Villa itself was excellent, as was the help offered by the villa owner with regards to organising car hire and transfers to and from Larnaca airport. The pool was fabulous, if not a little cold for the kids during the mornings despite the searing temperatures of the day.
There were lots of places of interest/ beaches around Erdemit and the villa owner, and property manager offered invaluable advice on the best things to see and do, and also provided great restaurant reviews, so we always ate well!
The major down side to the villa was the construction work taking place within 100m (or less) from the front door – taking a dip in the pool during the day was under the watchful eyes of the local builders! The roads in the direct vicinity of the villa were war torn at best and only to be handled by confident drivers.
Our families loved the whole experience of visiting Northern Cyprus and staying at Villa Doyan, unfortunately the construction work seriously lowered our opinion of the villa in general.

We were sorry to hear that guests to our villa had a problem with nearby construction. Like much of North Cyprus, building projects are springing up around our villa (although we are pleased to say that they don’t get in the way of the great views over the pool to the sea and mountains). Building work on these plots is very sporadic – some have been partially built with nothing happening for the last three years - so it is difficult to know (and impossible to control) when work might be going on. Most of the time they are deserted.

This was our family's first holiday in North Cyprus and therefore we did not know what to expect. Villa Dogan was everything we could have hoped for. The villa itself was in the most amazing position (although we were a little concerned at first about all the building work being done in the vicinity, however as the holiday progressed we were not bothered by noise etc. at all). The views across to the sea were stunning and the dramatic evening views of the mountains were spectacular. The sunsets were a very special part of our holiday. Villa Dogan has been lovingly designed and built, extremely carefully thought out by its owners. It has been decorated and fitted out to an extremely high standard. What first strikes you when you enter the villa is its spacious nature - there was ample room for our family of 5 (almost one bathroom each!). The owners were extremely helpful before our arrival, arranging transport from the airport and very reasonable car hire for the duration. During our stay the property manager called to ensure that all was well and was able to answer any queries, give information and advice etc. The owners have thought of everything to ensure that those who rent their villa have as relaxed and enjoyable time as they possibly could. I would highly recommend Villa Dogan.

High class property, very comfortable with plenty of facilities and extremely well equipped.
Views were fantastic.
Pool maintained in perfect condition.
Owner & back-up staff 1st class and made every effort to ensure our comfort.
Will definitely make a return visit as we loved the villa and North Cyprus.
