The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 10 nights in August 2012 and I can only say we wish we coud have staying longer. Everything was excellent, the villa was spacious, clean, well equipped and the air con a god send. The complex was spotless and secure with a fantastic pool. A shop closer by (a walk away) would have been good, but not a huge problem as great supermarkets a short drive away. Would deffinately recommend! We had a great holiday!

The property was lovely, large enough, with fantastic views of the sea,puerto mazarron and the mountains. Easy, just one flight of stairs, but also lift available. very clean with a great kitchen with all you need, including washing machine/dryer. The air conditioning was a godsend! Pool area really nice and fairly quiet when we went 2nd week july. The sea / beach right next 3 mins walk. The only two or three downsides was the bed in main bedroom is a double bed(too small for the bigger adults) and very hard! and also we took 2 of our adult offspring with us and only one full set of keys were available, which was a pain when us and them didnt want to go to the same place and came back at differnet times. The nearest bar/restaurant is over 1 mile away and too far to walk in the july heat.always need to use a car so a few wines is not possible for all. Otherwise a lovely holiday! thankyou.

Took my Mother and her 2 Friends in August 2009. What a treat my first time to the apartment and surrounding area. Definately not dissapointed. Hoping to return with my Husband soon.

I am lucky to know the owners and I have a girley weekend there once a year. My husband, Daughter and I have booked several times over the years. Love it so much that we are returning with a group of friends to celebrate his 40th in September.

This is my third time back to this property so that spaeks volumes. I went with my family of five and we had a fantastic time. Waking up and looking out to the sea is breath taking. The apartment is very clean and modern and well equipped. Pool is fabulous and i could not get my three out of there. Can't wait to go back !
