We really enjoyed our staying in this property. The owner is very helpful, always willing to answer our questions instantly. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but yet close to all amenities (beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc). It is also well equipped. We have enjoyed the beautiful veranda. We will definately visit the property again for our summer holidays.

The apartment was great, everything as in description. The area was central to various attractions. Would use again and recommend. The only downfall was we could not use the pool as it was not cleaned

Many thanks to Villarenters for the very smooth booking procedure for Dias apartment. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and located close to my favourite beaches in Protaras and is nice and quiet as well as relaxing. Well done to the owners for keeping it well equipped and clean. Already recommended it to friends.

We have just returned following a 2 week stay at this apartment, on arrival at Larnaca airport we picked up a hire car and made the short drive to Kapparis, about 40 minutes total. It was late Sunday evening when we arrived, so was pleased to find a lovely clean apartment, just waiting for us to fall into bed.
We found the apartment had everything we needed to be self catering and was in a quiet area ideal for relaxing, (especially when enjoying the pool area which we virtually had to ourselves). there was also a nice area out front for relaxing with a drink and a snack.
We are not really beach people, but being so close to 3 lovely Bays, we could not help enjoying an afternoon stroll along the beach path.
We found the local bars and Restaurants very nice and many offered free WiFi access which comes in handy in to-days world.
If you feel the urge for a full English breakfast, the Kennedy Pub is great value at just 3 euro.
The larger towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa were only a short drive away and we found ourselves visiting both quite often.
All in all a great place to base yourself for any type of holiday, from relaxing to exploring the East coast.
We would definitely book again when returning to Cyprus

We have just returned home from a wonderful holiday at this lovely apartment in Cyprus. It was a lovely spacious apartment, very clean and well maintained, excellently equipped for all of our self catering needs. There was a lovely spacious patio area, ideal for dining outdoors with a lovely well maintained garden. We really liked the pool area as it was really quiet as was the apartment complex. We were impressed with the large supermarket on the main road and the 24 hour bakery. The local beaches are lovely and only a short walk away as are the local bars and restaurants. We hired a car and visited the Trudos Mountains, Protoras, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Famagusta, all of them were well worth a visit. We were a little concerned about an ant problem that was mentioned in a previous review, but we saw no ants nor any sign of them in the apartment. All in all we were really impressed with the apartment and it was really good value for money

We loved our stay at Dias apartment.
We had a bit of trouble at the airport with our car hire, nothing to do with this apartment, but really struggled to find the apartment with the instructions left on here. I think road works had stopped and the road was pretty much a straight road from the airport, but think the directions need an updat e. Although it might just be us, we were very tired and stressed from our experience from our hire problems.
We arrived and quickly got changed and went to visit the tavern on the end of the road we were staying at - the food wasnt very good and people all seemed to know each other very well, and we felt a bit out of place. We didnt eat here again.
We loved the apartment due to the space, and the value for money. The pool was empty EVERY day during out visit, we loved the pool, we spent most afternoons here.
The english gent was very nice who lived in one of the apartment, so immediately felt safe and welcome.
We didnt cook at all - mainly our choice but we also found a ant problem during our stay. However, we did speak to the owner afterwards and she was extremely sorry and said shed look into this immediately. I honestly think this will have already been sorted out as the flat is really well kept, so clean.
We had a problem with the back door, near the kitchen, very stiff and the key broke in the door. We managed to get it out and get it cut. Once again the owner has said this will be sorted out.
Shower makes a lot of mess, need some matts on the floor as I nearly slipped one day, if you cant get longer curtains.
The location was okay, out of the party area, very quiet and if we didnt have a car, we would have been very bored. The road was a long walk to the bus stop even, so needed a car.
Prime location for self catering though, you just need to drive up to the large supermarket on the corner.
Protaras was lovely, always been to ayia napa before but Protaras has so much more to offer! Loved the huge long strip, its massive. Drive right to the end of the strip which is about ten minute drive from this apartment, and youll find parking. Booked a morning trip to famagusta which was really good, and we were picked up by the jeep at the bus stop opposite the supermarket, so once again good place to stay.
Beaches locally are nice, but were not beach people but you will need a car to get to them.
We went to Ayia Napa a few times, which was a 20 minute drive, shops are okay but not as good as Protaras.
Really enjoyed our stay, if we return to Cyprus we will stay here again, as the value for money was superb.
So in summary - if you are hiring a car and want somewhere to relax as a base, and want to use a swimming pool (possibly all to your self) this is the place to stay.
Owner reply:
I would like to thank Hayley for her comments, a new airport was opened in Larnaca this year and my directions will now be updated to account for this. Unfortunately there was an ant problem just for a couple of weeks in September, and affected all of Cyprus, I will ensure that spray is left in the apartment should the problem ever recur. Clean bathroom mats are available in the linen chest for the Bathroom. If you enjoy walking then the walk to the beach and the bus stop is quite pleasant , I do it every day when at my apartment

We
have just returned from 2 glorious weeks at Dias, found the apartment well equipped, clean and tidy.
Had the pool to ourselves most of the time!
Very few of the other apartments were occupied during the week, so it was very peaceful and pleasant.
We would definitely book again.

Apartment was perfect for our needs and good value for money.
A little away from the main areas of activity but within walking distance of some nice restaurants and a large supermarket which also open up to Saturday evening, which is handy if you just arrive in on a Saturday.
A little building going on across the road but seems to be almost complete and did not disturb us when we were there.

Exceptionally well equiped
Satisfied with everthing, apart from one small problem - when using shower water leaked onto floor- could be shower curtain is a couple of inches short thus not containing water in tray
Both my husband and myself intend booking again
Owner reply:
Yes , shower curtain is a little short, I have been trying to find one that is longer than the standard 180cm, will keep trying.

Bit difficult to find in the dark late at night! Apartment was clean and meet all basic needs. It would have been nice to have a info pack about the area left at the apartment.
Owner reply:
Street lighting is limited at the moment, hoping local authority will put this right at some point, information about local area is now in the apartment
