Location - I recommend you hire a car as this property is far from any shop or amenities probably 10minutes drive down the mountain on which the property is built. However you do have great views and the location is quiet.
Property - Only two snags held me back from rating this property as excellent.
The pool had some tiles missing which cut our toes.
The blind in the master bedroom and the one in the turret room at the top of the property were not working
The washing machine was broken for the duration of our stay however on the day we exited the property one was being delivered.
Neighbours – You will not see any there is sufficient privacy without feeling you are the only person on earth.
Summary – My barometer for the trip was the opinion of my children. They loved it so I would happily recommend but hire a car and expect to take 10minutes to get down the hill until you learn to drive Spanish style!

Alec Henderson - "The whole family enjoyed the week in Salobrena. We found the villa very well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We felt that it was in a perfect position, with the sea shimmering on one side, and the distant snow-covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada to the other. We will definitely be returning on a future occasion."

Aptly described luxury villa with stunning views. We had a very comfortable stay.
Plus points:
Lovely pool with underwater lighting, stunning at night
Villa light, airy and clean
Good furnishings and all necessary equipment
Lovely gardens - big fig tree and herb garden - even strawberries!
Adequate shade at any time of day
Choice of pool inflatables delighted our son!
Suggestions:
For safety, add barrier at top of external stairs next to pool edge?
Amend website description which implies tennis court is private, but is actually in the communal area.
Shower curtain and patio door curtain in master bathroom would be nice
Pity no Bougainvillea! (I love it) but the wisteria and stephanotis are lovely
We would reinforce warnings to lock all doors when in the pool - we had wallet and passport stolen on last day.
