The apartment was exactly as described, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Woke up to beautiful views and warm sunshine every morning! When we moved in to the apartment we did our usual inspection and we were very pleased with the standard of equipment supplied and the cleanliness of it all.

Were generally satisfied of the stay, but reading description we thought the apartment is very close to Sunny Beach. As weve been a year before also in St. Vlas and we were sure its finally somewere about marina, close to the centre of St. Vlas. Unfortunately it was situated far away fm centre. The bus goes very 40 minutes, walk takes about 30 minutes but road is not safe for walking.
There was no internet access at the apartment like it was stated on. When we claimed it, the owner payed the bill and then after two days we had internet access, but mrs Kath fm administration on the spot was very unhelpful in difficult situation and because of her not kind behavour to the quests, we will not come to this property again.
But yet the owner solved every problems and we finally could have good stay.

I'm not quite sure why these guests thought the apartment was so close to Sunny Beach, the apartment location is clearly marked on the google map. Having said that, a 10 minute bus ride in my opinion, isn't so far.
There was a mix up with the internet. I always offer free internet access for all my guests and as soon as this guest informed me that there was no internet, I contacted the office and the problem was rectified immediately.

Sitting on the balcony of this apartment at sunrise watching the dolphins swim by will stay with me forever. This excellent appartment was very well appointed and the two bathrooms and air condition were most appreciated by all the family. Top prize however goes to that balcony affording you fantastic views over the bay from sunrise to sunset.
Set within an immaculate complex which contained a small but appropriate number of shops bars and restaurants to cater for your daily needs. With the pools, beach, and rocky pools all on your doorstep you can easily walk between them all in your swin suits. All in all a fantastic stay and one last mention of those balcony views. Out of this world.

Wonderful stay in this fabulous apartment. We are not used to staying in "complexes" but were pleasantly surprised by this one. Its very peaceful and occupied by respectable families. The eight pools ensure theres plenty of room for everyone and the on-site restaurant offers very good food with friendly service. The apartment in our view was the best on the complex. The views of the ocean are wonderful. We didnt get much chance to sit on the balconies because the kids wanted to be at the pool or the beach, but it would be nice to spend a morning reading and listening to the waves. The apartment is bright and spacious with comfortable beds and if you choose to eat in (we didnt !) everything is provided for in the kitchen. We would return in a heartbeat !
