Property and local area description

The home

Furnished as a luxury executive home, it is surround by a landscaped effect,it is south facing which means the sun is captured for the greatest amount of time. There’s nothing like returning from a day at the parks, to enjoy the pool with the last moments of the day’s sun. The community is comprised entirely of detached villas. The entire area is immaculate and the overall impression is one of space, beauty and tranquillity.

Bedroom and Bathrooms
The whole house is air-conditioned. It can sleep up to ten people in two double rooms, two twin rooms. The master bedroom has a colour TV and VCR with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower, his and her sinks and a large walk-in closet. All other bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes , providing ample space to store your clothes. The unusual feature not seen in many bungalows, is the bedrooms are split two on one side and two on the other. A double and twin bedroom split. This arrangement allows for two families to live on each side of the bungalow and not have to share any of the facilities.

Living Space
The first thing that strikes you when you walk into the villa is how spacious it is. With high vaulted ceilings and a split floor plan, the living area has two three seater settee's, a large TV and VCR is accompanied by a HIFI System. Large Patio doors give access to the pool area. The dining room is separated from the living room by an arched ornate column feature. The pool has a water feature, a calming waterfall effect. Steps lead into the pool with a convenient handrail. The pool area is completely enclosed with a screen to provide protection from Florida’s insect population. A sun deck contains sun loungers for those who wish to top up there tans. The patio faces south and therefore in the sun all day long, but a lanai area exists equipped with a table and chairs for people who wish to be out of the suns rays. The sun keeps the pool warm in all but the coldest weeks of winter, additional pool heating is provided for those weeks at a modest additional cost.

Suitable for wheelchairs ( Single storey property we have no stairs or multiple steps. We have had wheelchair bound clients who would be happy to provide a statement about our home. We also have information about hiring electric wheelchairs which will be delivered to our property ready for use. One of our bedrooms has double doors to allow easy wheelchair access. Patio door access to the pool via the lounge and the master bedroom make pool access easy for all. The pool has a large hand rail to aid getting into and out of the pool. Steps into the pool allow easy entry, the deep end 6ft, has a convenient seating step. The hot tub/jacuzzi has steps to allow access. Low level bath in both bathrooms. )

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Thankyou Terry and Elaine for letting us stay in your villa. The hot tub was brilliant and the villa felt like home. In fact my daughter commented how homely she found it. It was nice to come home from the parks and relax by the pool. The south facing pool did have the sun all day long as stated. We have stayed in villas in and around Indian pointe and Liberty Village but this villa far out shines any of the others. It was close to Walmart and had a good location for all the Parks. finally, we had a great time and would stay in this villa again.

We had a fab time at this villa and would like to thank Terry & Elaine for letting us rent their villa and also for calling us whilst we were there to check everything was ok. The management company were also very good and responded promptly to our request for the pool heat - we changed our mind on arrival! The villa was very clean and spacious and the pool and spa were fantastic after a long day at the parks. Although this is not a gated community it felt safe and is in an excellent location for getting to the parks and to i drive and to restaurants on the 192. All in all we had a great holiday and would definately recommend this villa to others it is exactly as described on the owners website. Hope to go back next time we go to Orlando.

VILLA IN EXCELLENT POSITION FOR EVERYTHING. VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED. IT HAS A SOUTH FACING POOL WHICH GETS THE SUN ALL DAY FROM MORNING TILL NIGHT, WHICH A LOT OF OTHER VILLAS SAY THEY DO BUT DON'T.

We visited Florida for the fourth time in October this year - and this was by far the best accommodation we have had to date. The villa was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The location was ideal for all the attractions and shops. Our 10 year old son loved the pool, and would have probably stayed there for the full two weeks if we'd allowed him! Although the pool was South facing - in hindsight, we should have requested pool heating for that time of year - it could be quite chilly at times. All in all we would highly recommend the villa - our only disappointment is that it is already booked by someone else for next year's October break!

We found the villa at Eagle Pointe to be very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of home comforts. The pool and deck were very clean and were not overlooked . It was only a short drive from both Disney and International Drive.
