We fell in love with Tranquility the very first day we viewed it. The privacy, the pool, the golf , the tennis, all drew our eyes to our vacation home. The facilities are second to none and we hope that you will feel the same when you visit our house. Tranquility is so convenient for theme parks, shops, beaches and airports and although we would advise you have a car it is possible to use taxis
Tranquility”,is our luxurious 5 bed-roomed, 3 bath-roomed single storey pool villa in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club on US27.Our home and garden are maintained to an extremely high standard and we hope that you will be captivated by our villa and its’ facilities. In fact we say that since we dont live in one bedroom at home , why should we live in one bedroom on our vacation! When you see the space youll know what we mean!!Our home features:

Our villa is open plan, having a large airy living room with a vaulted ceiling adding to its spacious feeling. Maximum occupancy of 10 people .
The Golden Master suite has a King size bed and its en suite facilities have to be seen to be believed. It has a large corner bath, walk in shower, twin basins in a vanity unit and a separate wc. The master bedroom has cable tv, radio, ceiling fan, lots of closet space and a view to the pool.

The Chocolate and Aqua Guest room has a Queensized bed and walk in closet, TV and DVD player and itsadjoining full sized bathroom with shower, basin and w.c.

Our Surf themed twin room has bunk beds, closet space, TV and DVD. It shares the 3rd full size bathroom with our Pink Twin Room has twin beds and closet. Again this room has a TV and DVD player

.The Sports twin room has twin beds, closet and a view to the front of our home.This room also has a TV and DVD player and Games Console

All bedrooms have hairdryers and the bedding through out has just been updated.For the youngest member of the party we provide a cot and bedding, a highchair and stroller

.Our home has all bedrooms and living areas carpeted.The larger than average secluded private pool with lighting is screened to keep the bugs at bay and can be heated to your requirements.It is surrounded by the enclosed decking where there is a freestanding hot tub and also lawns and overlooks a conservation area. To help you relax there are comfy sun loungers and patio furniture for al fresco dining from the barbeque.
The kitchen is fully equipped – everything from the bottle opener to the deluxe fridge freezer with icemaker, the saucepan to the stove, the dish to the dishwasher.

The separate utility room has full size washer and dryer and all you would need for ironing your laundry

After a hard day at the parks, open a bottle and chill out in our lounge which is comfortably furnished in the Floridian fashion. For your entertainment there is cable Tv,books and games, and CDs for the hi fi.

In the complex there is an 18-hole championship golf course with club house and professional, tennis courts, communal pool and children’s play-area.
There are shops and restaurants close by and the beaches of the Gulf Coast are about 1 hours’ drive awayAll the attractions of the Orlando area are with in 25minutes yet our villa is a pearl of peace and tranquillity, All we can say is that we would love for you to visit Paradise Palm and see for yourself!

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
