We stayed at this villa in September 2012 during our first visit to Dalyan for 10 nights. We loved Dalyan itself and we made an excellent choice with this villa. We were a party of 4 adults(2 couples).
The location is excellent and is only about 5 minutes walk away from the town square by the mosque for those that are familiar with it.The Saturday market is roughly the same distance away and is well worth a visit.
We were the only guests on the complex, and had the use of the pool to ourselves, which was a bonus. There are permanent resisents who live on the complex and they are really helpful if you need any local knowledge.
The villa has just had a new kitchen fitted and is lovely, although to be honest we didnt use it much as we ate out for most meals apart from breakfast, and we also made use of the barbecue on the patio.
We will return to Dalyan hopefully next year, and if so we will try to book this villa again.

a wonderfully located property, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan with all the restaurants and shops. The villa is well equipped, extremely clean and maintained to a high standard. the pool was most welcome as we came in August and it was scorching hot weather! there is a brilliant welcome information pack with all your questions you may have already answered. We took a few trips with their local tourist agency Dalyan selec t and were great value for money. We would definitely come again in the cooler months as it is a great spot for trips further afield but we were too hot to go! i would really recommend this property. Great value for money and fabulous location. thank you.

We had a great holiday at this lovely Turkish style villa. The location is superb just 5 minutes away from the centre of town and even closer to supermarkets and a couple of bars. The villa is on a small complex with a couple of full time residents who were very friendly and helpful.
Dalyan itself is a lovely town with plenty of superb restaurants and bars,it is a great base to explore from, with many great trips to go on,including the mud baths, boat trips and white water rafting which we loved.
We cant wait to go back again next year!

Great location, minutes from the market and main town but peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed was here, pool on the doorstep, cartoon network for my son and internet connection for us when we needed it. Having been to Dalyan previously we were very pleased with the accommodation.

Just back from a wonderful 11 days at Villa Lykia. The villa is like a home from home with everything that you could possibly need and more for a great holiday. The bikes were great fun. We loved the fact that it was so near the centre yet very peaceful. The pool area is lovely and we more or less had the pool all to ourselves for the 11 days. Will definately go back again.

The villa was in an excellent position ,very close to centre of town and all the sites of interest as well as being in a quiet setting. The villa had all that was needed for the stay . The accomadation was roomy and homely. The pool was so convenient and very well maintained. The neighbours were friendly and helpful both in the villas and surrounding homes. The bikes were a tremendous bonus and enabled us to travel around the wonderful countryside experiencing many beautiful sights.Dalyan is a truly special place and our stay there was truly memorable.

The villa was very well equiped with everything that is needed. Excellent position for walking into Dalyan centre. Good mixture of holiday makers and permament residents.Bearing in mind that this villa is probably 10 - 15 years old so not quite as "new looking" as a recently built one it has all the charm and facilities that are needed to make it a great place to stay.

This was our first holiday abroad and we could not have wished for a better place. The transfer from the airport was first class and we quickly realised how well located the villa was.
We were so impressed with the villa itself - it was large, modern and spotlessly clean.
Every thing you could possibly need was provided and it really was a home from home.(Actually I wish my home was this nice!).
The pool area was beautiful and we were often the only ones there - the neighbours were friendly and everyone seems respectful of each others privacy.
The location was fantastic - a minutes walk to shops, dolmus buses and the taxi boats. The area itself is clean and the people lovely, so friendly.
We could travel to anywhere from the town centre very cheaply, as well as staying in the town itself with plenty to do. The trips are very reasonable and good value. We visited the mud baths, turtle beach ,neighbouring towns and the water park as well as different places to eat , went to feed the turtles and travelled on jeep safaris. Nearby is a great little sauna/ massage place which was cheap as chips.
My oldest Daughter enjoyed it (15) as well as my youngest (10), great for all ages.
We felt really lucky to have found such a gem and we cant fault the owners or the company who maintians the property. We found the villa excellent value for money as well as the shops and places to eat. You must go on the LEYLEY BUS for the ride ( and of course the food!)
If you are lucky enough to go, please say hello to Lucky the very friendly villa complex dog for us !

Many thanks to Tina for letting us use the villa. Beautiful place, ideal location and everything you could possibly need is in the villa. It is close to everywhere and the management company provided an excellent service including the airport transfer. We will be returning to Dalyan next year and hopefully using the same villa.

The villa was just as described. It was just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town, but equally was set in a totally quiet and relaxing area. The pool is excellent - lovely and clean and looked after every day. the villa itself has everything you need - we used the BBQ and the kids used the bikes - so felt like a home from home. also, having a TV and the playstation was great for the kids when it got too hot in the afternoon. As a family, we really like Dalyan and had a fantastic, relaxing holiday in Villa Lykia.

Another wonderful trip to Dalyan, and a very pleasant stay at Villa Lykia.
Weve been to Dalyan many times, and this was our second time at Villa Lykia, felt very much like home from home!
Its a great, fun place to stay, perfect for our family of four, with a pool just outside.
The bikes came in handy again, and its jut a couple of minutes to the centre of town, and our favourite (cheap!) restaurants in the marketplace.
Prices in Turkey have held pretty much since last year, though the better exchange rate was handy - with almost 2.5 lira to the pound making it even better value for money.
We will definitely be back!!!

A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place. Dalyan is always a delight, and made even better by a pleasant stay at Villa Lykia.
With the pool right outside the back door, was a wonderful way to spend hot lazy days in the sun.
Our children loved the Playstation, which came in handy when the temperature hit 40C+ in the afternoons.
The villa is two minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan, in a quite spot in the back roads from the marketplace.
Perfect for families and anyone seeking a quiet relaxing spot. We made some good friends amongst others who live or were staying in the small complex, which made it all the more homely.
And with three bikes we went exploring every day, with our six year old daughter perched on the rack of my bike. Totally un-PC, very Turkish!
We will be back!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Lykia. The villa itself was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was just a couple of feet from our back door and beautifully maintained, and it really was just a 3-minute walk into the centre of Dalyan. We'll definitely be back!
