Highly recommended for Couples, familys and groups, Great location near town, Fantastic Security who will get you a taxi in minutes. Pool and clubhouse is just 80 steps from the spacious villa and its very peaceful at the pool with food available from breakfast till very late and there food is excellent. Villa is fantastic has everything you need and more. If anything was needed you just call there friendly janitor "Ted" who will assist you and give you a good laugh at the same time. Hats off to Ted. Had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back to Greenacres Villa 10/10 for everything. Thank you so much from Chris and Alison for making everything perfect.

I cannot fault this property, the correspondance or the assistance given by the owner and Ted the caretaker. This villa was exactly what we (an English/Thai family) were looking for. In 2008, we had paid nearly twice as much (around £400 per week) for a villa owned by a Thai person that was slightly nearer to the town but had fewer facillities (this was no farang price as my wife, a Thai national arranged this).
The property was exactly as described. Its location is quiet. It is situated on a small, gated estate about 1.5 km from the main road and in the other direction, another 500m, the road leads to a quiet Buddhist temple.
The villa is well maintained, well positioned and well sized. The site facillities are good. The restaurant food was good and very reaonably priced- similar to usual Thai, non- farang, restaurant prices. The swimming pool is perfect for all ages including my 3 years old step grand daughter and it never closes (I spent 6 of my 7 days there swimming at 7 am)
Ted the caretaker lives on site and is a straight-talking man who sorts out problems there and then and virtually bends over backwards to help. The slight niggle we did have was dealt with by him in an instant.
Because of the enjoyable time we had here we have already recommended this villa to 2 other families in the U.K.

The villa is located within easy reach of the main town of Hua Hin centre. The complex in which the villa is in is ideal for families and couples alike with a nice sized swimming pool with childrens pool and jacuzzi. There is also a club house serving meals which are delicious! The villa had everything we required for a self catering holiday and had plenty of room for the 3 of us which were staying there. Should you require any assistance during your stay with anything to do with the villa then Ted is your man. We stayed here for just over 2wks and had the most amazing time and will definately be looking to stay here again.

Between 07-04 and 14-04 we stayed in Greenacres. It was a very complete house in each room there was an airco. Also the price was fair. There was enough room and drinking water was also provided. The clubhouse was good at the food was perfect. It is a short ride to hua hin town centre.
Because it was the hot season during that time, we ran out of water twice. The last time was just before we left. Because it was Songkran there was nobody to assist so we went to the clubhouse. As I understood the houses are not connected to waternet, but water was provided via large tanks. This is in fact the only remark I have.

Greenacres was a fantastic place to stay in Hua Hin. Although it was quite a distance from the main part of town it was easy to get a driver to pick us up. The Villa had everything we needed and the pool and pool house were fantastic and nice and close. Everyone made us feel very welcome and we loved our time there. The only minor thing was that the cleaners need to give it a bit more of a thorough clean it was good on the surface.

Just returned from a two week holiday at Greenacres Villa. The villa was comfy and had everything we needed. Loved the communal pool area. Hua Hin it's self is a great place to have a holiday. Thank you for all your help and friendliness. Definately recommend!
Cheers Shane.

spent 2 weeks there may-june 2006 and found the accomodation very clean and modern, all the amenities where of a very high standard, plenty of room for us all (there was 4 adults) all infomation was to hand about the local area inc food (which is out of this world) and very cheap but to very high standard.
the swiming pool and jaccuzi area which is just a half minute away also had a laundry and a bar which is very efficient and handy, but does not interfere with the privacy of the accomodation in any way, would highly reccomend, very helpful and friendly people to deal with. and will be going again as soon as work allows.........

(thanks again for the experience)
