The only extra we charge for is pool heating. The pool is heated by solar panels which keep the water at a pleasant temperature however in the colder months an external heater can be switched on to make the pool feel really warm. This would be done by the property manager at the request of the guest. Solar heating is of course included in the rental price of the villa.
