A well furnished air conditioned three bed roomed, two bath-roomed house situated on one of the most prestigious and challenging Golf Courses on the Costa Blanca.
The Airports of Alicante and Murcia are 30 minutes away and the white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean reached within a 20 minute drive from Algorfa. With easy access to the motorway, Valencia is less than 2 hours drive and Madrid 3 hours, also easily reached by express train from Alicante.
This area of Spain is not just for the golfer however, although there are further choices of over 20 courses locally, it has a wealth of old inland historical towns including Orihuela, Elche and Murcia.
The Climate on this part of the Costa Blanca assures the region of more than 300 days of sunshine a year with annual average temperatures of between 18c and 20c.
All guests are met at La Finca, handed the keys and a Welcome Pack (if requested)and shown the property, then given a contact telephone number should any assistance be required during their stay.

The house has secure off-road parking with gated access and is one of a small group of individually designed homes situated around a communal pool. The La Finca development is made up of a number of these pedestrian areas which are well lit and make for a pleasant environment to enjoy an late night stroll.
The pool is maintained on a daily basis and utilizes salt rather than chlorine which is kinder to the body and the environment. The downstairs patio is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, whilst the solarium, with views of the distant mountains, gives an most private opportunity for topping up that tan or sipping drinks in the evening. This solarium can be accessed either through the patio doors of the master bedroom or directly via the staircase
Inside the House
With comfortable living for up to six guests, the lounge has air-conditioning for the warm summer days, which also functions as a heater for the cooler winter evenings. Along with leather sofas, Freesat TV and DVD player is in the lounge together with a good supply of recent films and CD’s. Marble is used extensively throughout the house on all the floors.
Each of the two downstairs bedrooms have king sized double beds, together with their own wardrobes and drawer units. Ceiling fans are fitted and inside each wardrobe are additional pillows and blankets together with an individual Fan Heater/Cooler. All towels are provided, as is a hair drier in each bedroom.
The marble and tiled bathroom features a cast iron enameled bath and shower with a folding glass door. A wall mounted fan heater is fitted.
An easy clean granite work top is fitted in the kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Inside the wall units are the saucepans, cutlery, plates and glasses. There are also acrylic glasses for taking to the Pool.
Should you need an ironing board and iron, these too are in the kitchen - but you are on holiday!
A first aid kit, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm are also in the kitchen, with smoke detectors fitted throughout the house.
The Master Bedroom also with a king sized double bed has the benefit of a ceiling fan and Air Conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom. It has a fitted Wardrobe/ Drawer unit containing additional Pillows and Blankets and a fan heater. A Safe is fitted inside the wardrobe, ideal for Passports and Airline Tickets. Direct access doors onto the Solarium offer superb views to the distant mountains.
This bathroom is unique in the property in that it is marble throughout, both on the walls as well as the floor, very cool in the summer - though there is also a wall mounted fan heater.
