Lovely villa in a wonderful place. we loved it... However the villa was a little too cold, specially after 5-6 pm. During night it became much colder and for us, who are not used to airconditions, it was sometimes difficult to sleep. It was also impossible to go around on the floor without shoes, but this was not a problem :-)
We were at Kas quite early of the year, and we could hear peopled working on constructions around us. Thus it was not everydag.
In overall, we enjoyed our holiday both in the villa and at the small village, Kas, which was one of the most charming villages we visited between Fethiey and Alanya.
I should also add that the caretaker was very kind and helpful.

The villa is in an excellent location with stunning views. All mod cons catered for and very comfortable. Only 4 of us stayed here and felt that 6 would have been comfortable but 8 may have been a bit cosy - the fourth bedroom being down some steps and underneath the pool area so slightly cut off from the house. All in all though an excellent villa, easy to find and catered for all our needs. Would definately recommend it to friends.

We stayed a week in Dunya and a week in Gunes and we have to say we had a very enjoyable stay. The villas were very well equipped had a view to die for and were well designed. The caretaker was very helpful, especially in bringing bread each morning. A few minor negatives I have to mention though...if you are after privacy you will be slightly dissapointed as the villas were very close to a hotel and people staying at other villas walked close to your pool area. The electricity, water and internet were a little unreliable, although I think this is common on the peninsula. Kas town is not within walking distance (about 2 miles away) but the bus (Dolmus) was great. All things considered we had a marvellous time. We all loved the town! best sunny holiday town we have visited, no noisy bars full of obese brits watching sky sports. Just lots of quaint restaurants (especially Evy), bars and shops with very friendly staff.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa dunya, could have done with a salad bowl and server though - but we made do with the large saucepan! Also a large ovenproof dish would have been useful but other than that the house was very well equiped.

Lovely villa great facilities easy to get to town from stunning views wonderful pool lushious gardens overall finished to a very high standard.
The only ''negative'' was the 4th bedroom - you had to access it from outside and at this stage not able to use due to a damp musk smell in the room (it is under the pool) However the owners are aware of this and are rectifying this issue and whilst there they started to solve this.
Very friendly caretaker who even brings you bread in the morning if you ask him kindly - nothing was to much trouble. The villa is next to a hotel and although we were there in low season - I am not sure if the noise from the hotel would spoil the tranquility in high season.
Kas itself is a lovely artistic fishing village with some real caracters - very laid back and safe - never locked the car whilst there.. Will most certainly be back and have already recommended to friends and family.

We had a great holiday in Kas. The villa was very comfortable and clean and had fantastic sea views. The swimming pool was brilliant .
We were very well looked after by the helpful and friendly caretakers. The owners paid a great attention to details, including welcome hamper and daily deliveries of freshly baked bread.
We will definitely come back and will recommend it to all our friends.

The property is in a great location, with fantastic views from every room, it was nice to receive the welcome pack, and the caretaker was very helpfull, bringing fresh bread every day. We enjoyed the villa so much we did not tour around much, however the town of Kas was very pretty and had everything from boat trips to the nearby Greek Island and many other places. to arranging paragliding, and if you explore the back streets you will find some great places to eat. We had a super holiday and hope to return soon, we will recommend friends and family.

Fantastic villa in a great location. The house itself is extremely well decorated, and has everything one could need and more, for an easy and relaxing holiday. Outside the gardens are great for children to explore, and the private jetty is a real bonus.
Kas itself is very picturesque and is a good base from which to venture out to see some of the amazing scenery and history that Turkey has to offer. However, should you choose to stay closer to the villa, the locals are incredibly friendly. There are also so many great places to eat and just hang out.
What could have been a tough holiday ( alone with three small children) ended up being a fun and relaxing experience. We will go back for sure.

What a perfect holiday we had! Villa Dunya (earth in Turkish) is a brand new villa with a high standard of finishing and tastefully decorated. Feels like a home rather than a holiday house: every detail is carefully chosen. Perfectly close to the sea with it’s own private beach and quiet waters. Everywhere in the villa you can enjoy a real stunning view over the bay. Lovely Kas has many things to offer; Stunning nature, relaxed atmosphere, lovely restaurants, and nightlife and you can make wonderful walks and enjoy the scenery on the well known “Lycian Way”.
For us Dunya is the perfect place to stay. We can recommend it to everybody and we will certainly be back next year.
