La Bellota is set overlooking peaceful, private woodland perfect for artists, bird watchers or just people who enjoy beautiful countryside. The access to the property is by tarmac roads and lanes right up to the electric gates at the entrance to “El Roble” this leads to La Bellota’s own secure off road parking space.
The property has satellite TV with UK and Spanish channels, is double glazed and has free wireless internet. It is air-conditioned for the summer and has full central heating together with A/C heating for the winter.

Within walking distance of La Bellota, approximately 1.5kms, there are a few country bar/restaurants one of which has a swimming pool for the use of its diners.
The village of Alhaurin el Grande is a short drive or walk away, 3kms, and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday.
It contains mainly Spanish bars, together with some English and Irish bars, as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. You can dine out in Spanish, Italian, Seafood and quality silver service restaurants for that special occasion.
Rooms and Facilities
**The private and self contained grounds of La Bellota include a beautiful BBQ patio area surrounded with plants and fruit trees which is set in the dappled shade of an Oak tree. It has a gas barbecue, table and chairs - a fantastic place to enjoy the wonderful views across the valley. This leads to the soft "English type" lawn with colourful flowers and further on to the "Top of the Range" Hot Tub /Jacuzzi. The subtle underwater lighting makes a dip in the hot tub, under the clear sky and stars, a wonderful way to end the day. The hot tub is controlled by the guests so that it can be heated for the winter, cool and refreshing for the summer. La Bellota, the garden and patio areas have fantastic views to the Sierra de Mijas, Sierra de Nevada and across to the nearby village of Alhaurin El Grande.
**The kitchen, which is hand crafted by a local carpenter, has granite worktops and is fully fitted out with a gas oven, 4 ring hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, t-towels, dish cloths, selection of pans, dishes, cooking utensils and cutlery.
Washing machine facilities are also available.
**The dining area has a quality wooden table and four chairs together with a large display cabinet/book shelf which contains paperback books, magazines, information and maps on the surrounding area. In addition there is a lovely BBQ area with dappled shade from the Oak tree and fantastic views across the valley, this is furnished with table, 4 chairs and gas BBQ.
**The lounge with its patio doors, leading to the lawn garden, is beautifully fitted out with leather sofa, coffee table, display cabinet, 32" flat screen HD TV with UK and Spanish channels, music centre with iPod docking and beautiful pictures on the walls.
**The bedroom is beautifully fitted out with quality wooden furniture, with views from the window out across the gardens and the valley beyond to the Mijas Mountains. It has a KINGSIZE bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chairs, hairdryer and ceiling fan light.
A cot can also be provided.
**The spacious luxury BATHROOM with its on demand hot water (no tank) is fully tiled and has full size bath, shower, large mirror, heated towel rail, toilet and wash hand basin.
Breakage Deposit
A 100 euro breakage deposit is payable directly to the owners 8 weeks before arrival.
