We have just got back from a weeks stay at villa francesca.The villa was very clean when we arrived and very well equipped.It is well located for all the local amenities.my only issue which the owners of the villa have no control over is the smell from the nearby sewage treatment plant.This is only an issue depending on wind direction but we did have to go to the beach more than we expected.Overall a lovely villa and very well presented.

the description of the villa was as described.I diid feel that the accomodation was lacking in some very small details,e.g chair for clothes in bedroom,shelf and mirror for toiletries putting on makeup,The linen does need renewing and the curtains in the main bedroom appeared grubby as did the lampshades,which was a shame as overall the accomodation was very clean.The accomodation was slightly isolated,which we as a couple did not mind in the least,the walk to any amenities was not too far.We would use the accomodation again as for us it ticked the majority of boxes,it was quiet and spacious for the two of us.

thank you for your review , as from this week the villa is being redecorated between geusts being in and on the week of the 24th april im flying out to replace most of the items in the villa , the bedrooms are being repainted in a new brighter colour and new curtain, bedding and new larger mirrors being fitted ,, when all the work complete new pics will go up on site so the new look villa can be seen , again we welcome any comments made by geusts as i dont get to see the villa much and the feedback helps me try and improve the villa to make our geusts holiday a relaxing and happy one , martin jones

The property was well equiped, clean and well maintained. It was in an ideal situation being half way between the main resort and the nearby shopping centre, about 10 Mins walk in each direction. We had a very relaxing holiday and would recommend this property to family and friends. There was some noise from aircraft but it did not bother us too much.

there is some aircraft noise but ussually only planes landing , and is not a busy airport and there are no nite flights

Just back from 2weeks in the villa and loved it, there were 4 adults and it was perfect size for us. We agree with other renters it needs more mirrors in the rooms having just 1 in the bathroom is not enough. We also agree could do with upgrade of outside plastic furniture. The pool was not on when we arrived on wed but friday poolguy came and put heater on and it was great to use by sunday :-) Cheapest supermarket is spar 10min walk to atlantico- opposite macdonalds you can see this from villa. quickest supermarket is 5min up hill. The bus to and from airport is onlt 1.30e per person an option! The roof terr is great, kitchen has everything you need and bathroom has bidet,lots of dvds. A fantastic 2 weeks in the sun would definately go -did not want to leave!

moore mirrors have been fitted now , most of plastic furniture replaced now with new and we always turn pool heather on 2 to 3 days before geusts arrival in winter months

Good villa . Could do with better garden furniture.
Mirrors in bedroom. + extra dishes for cooking.

we have just spent 2 fantastic weeks in villa Francesca cant recommend it enough the pictures and the review dont do it justice at all,it is spotlessly clean and is equipped with every thing you need for a stree free holiday. a man cleans the pool twice a week and the bedding and towels are changed even though there is a washing machine.cant wait to go again

Great little villa equipped with everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Good value for money. Only an easy 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Sun and shade around the pool all day.

Was disappointed with the service .We reported that the safe had been closed and no code left we made that call within an hour of arriving at the villa and are still waiting on them providing a key to open it.
There is a lot of dust about due to building works (no noise to worry about ) but the furniture outside had not been cleaned for people arriving. Villa Francesca is lovely,we felt it was the people who are providing the cleaning and maintenance service that lets it down.

The villa itself is nice, brand new, very clean and fully equipped with whatever is needed for your holidays.
It is very conveniently located near everything - the beach is only a 5 minutes' walk away,
the largest (and cheapest) supermarket in the region less than 10 minutes', the village 10-15 minutes'.
The views from the roof change rapidly due to the new buildings (villas exclusively so far) popping up everywhere
but remain nice and interesting. When I was there, I could hardly notice building noises in the distance and they were definitely not a problem.
Don't count too much on the satellite tv for lazy evenings in as few channels, if any, are of interest at all.
A great plus is that you can catch the sun literally from sunrise to sunset on the roof terrace and from around 11am till
sunset by the pool/pool area. The swimming pool is reasonably sized and, because it's in the sun most of the day, the water always very warm.
All in all, I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing week where you can make the most of the sun!
