We have just returned from spending two weeks at this apartment and we had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything you need and it had lots of little touches which really make a difference.
It is in a nice peaceful area but within easy distance of Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa if you want the hustle and bustle. I personally would recommend hiring a car as although the distance to nearest shop etc is not far it seems it in the heat of the day.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and will Im sure stay here again.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment and we had a fantastic stay. It was really clean and so spacious, everything had been thought of. The information file was very useful and detailed.
The owner was very helpful and contact details given in the event of any problems, not that we had any.
All in all I would recommend this apartment to anyone and am sure we will stay there again.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Cyprus where we have been many times before. As we had been to most areas of Cyprus, we decided to visit Kapparis, which is only 15 mins away from Protaras, an area we know very well. Kapparis is a quiet location, with the added advantage of being close to the more livelier resorts of Protaras or Ayia Napa. Fig Tree Bay, in Protaras is a beautiful sandy beach, but there is also a lovely smaller sandy beach only 5 mins (by car) from the apartment, called Firemans beach, where the locals go. This has to be Kappariss best kept secret!
We were not disappointed with the location or the apartment (which in my view is better than described). Both were ideal for our diverse party. The owner, Michael, was very helpful in sending us lots of information about the apartment and the area, which really helped. The apartment was child friendly as well as catering for the older ones in our group. There is a large supermarket nearby, but you do need a car to get there, although in cooler weather you may be able to walk.
All in all we had a fantastic time and look forward to returning next year.

We found this apartment to be exceedingly spacious and well presented. The decor is modern, with good quality, clean and comfortable furnishings giving it a real home from home feel. It is very well equipped - 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with good wardrobe space. The bathroom is a good size, and it was useful to have an ensuite shower room too. The main living area is huge -nice big comfy sofas at one end, well equipped kitchen at the other and a huge party sized dining table in the middle - still with space left to swing a whole cattery full of cats! Theres even a cupboard with games in it should the kids find themselves at a loose end for half an hour! The balcony and pool areas are equally roomy, again with clean, modern furniture.
The owners of this accomodation are to be commended for their well thought out information pack, which not only hightlighted local attractions and provided maps to local facilities such as supermarkets etc, but also recommended a wide variety of places to eat.

What a fantastic villa. 7 of us stayed and not once did we feel cramped. Everyone had a bedroom (not made up with sofa beds in the lounge). We will be going again. Thank you.

This property was excellent value for money. Although the original description was accurate it in no way fully conveyed just how nice the apartment was and in my opinion the property which greeted us on our arrival exceeded the description provided. The pool is well situated the sun being present from early morning until sunset. There are ample sun loungers situated around the pool and despite the fact that it is a communal pool provided for the use of the whole apartment block, was never over crowded. I would be more than happy to recommend the apartment to friends. By choice, we only hired a car for part of our stay but even so the town of Kapparis is no more than a 10-15 minute walk away where you will find a good selec tion of both traditional Cypriot and British cuisine (not forgetting the Chinese restaurant) and a selec tion of convenience stores/supermarkets and a number of pub style bars all providing various forms of nightly entertainment. An additional 5 mins walk will get you to one of the local beaches which are clean and relatively quiet. The larger beaches have snack bars and tavernas either on or close by.
This apartment was an excellent base for a family holiday and the information pack providing details of local amenities, restaurants, places of interest and local taxi companies provided by the owners helped to make this the complete holiday experience.

Oct 2005 - 2 couples stayed with 2 children each. ( no sharing bedrooms with children ! ) The apartment was spacious, plenty of room aswell in the bedrooms. Loads of facilities and a lot more " extras " included at no extra charge Eg, plastic cutlery for the kids, wine buckets, etc.
The Mid stay clean was to an excellent standard and there were plenty of spare towels. We will definately use it again.
