We booked this appartment as a group of 6 people. 5 minutes away from Termini station, a central point with connections to all city and the airport including metro,bus,airport bus,taxis to go all over the city. There are plenty of pizza restaurants,gelaterias,cafeterias and supermarkets to facilitate some needs for food and drink. Of course if you want to enjoy Rome you should go further to the center for more sightseing,eating,shopping and entertainment, which is less than 20 min using public transport. Returning back from trastevere would cost you around 10 euros by taxi which is fair enough if you share it with 4 people.
The appartment itself has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which you can merge them if you are couple),1 double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room convenient as well for 2 people. Kitchen has all facilities so that you can cook if you want. I would recommend a replacement for the espresso machine in the kitchen as it was some kind of dirty and broken.
Bathroom was fine and there is no problem with hot water because it has a boiler (so 24h hot water). Again here a better mop is needed in order to clean the bathroom because there is no hole on the floor for the water to go off.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Rome using this appartment because it was a good value for money and I would recommend to other people.

We had a great shortbreak in Rome on our way-back to Saint Petersburg from Sorrento. The apartment has excellent location near the Termini station and akk the needed tourist services. It is very roomy and really not expensive, so I recommend it to everybody who is interesting in accommodation in Rome centre.

"Our stay was really pleasant and convenient. The flat of Claudio and Ane really met homelidays description. All necessary material and tools are available as if they were still living there; and it is very clean. It is 5 minutes walk from Termnini station: 2 nice restaurants in the street that we experienced; 5 minutes from the subway...if we go back to Rome one day it will certainly be in the same appartement. thanks claudio

Claudio, the owning and landlord of Roman Holidays, was a true gentleman from the beginning! He met us at the apartment when we arrived by taxi from the airport, which HE arranged for us, and gave us a great overview of the ammenities of the apartment. Very accommodating and willing to be flexible!
The apartment itself was well-kept, clean and had all features necessary to enjoy the area. Plenty of space and cooking features and we always felt safe in the area.
The location was great as well! 2 blocks from Termini station, internet cafes in the area, restaurant on each corner, snack bars and only 10 minute walk from Colloseum!
This is a great place to stay "When in Rome" folks! If back, I'll definitely be hitting up Mr. Giovani once again. :-D

We had a wonderful stay in this great apartment. The apartment was just as attractive as the photographs on the website and easily spacious enough for the four of us. It is in an excellent location for the Termini station and very well located for the rest of central Rome. Claudio was extremely helpful in arranging our stay and in providing information for our stay in Rome. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others."

The appartment was very good value for money.
Met all our expectations, the pictures that appear on the web site give an excellent veiw and description of the appartment,which was very well equiped.
We were more than adequately looked after by the owner, he was very helpful in ensuring that all our needs and requests were met. the owner was also very easy to contact whilst we in Rome.
The owners were a very pleasant family, we thank them for a very pleasant and comfortable stay in Rome..
We have already recomended this appartment to our friends and family, that are looking to visit Rome in the future.
