Welcome to the Magic that’s Florida. Our 5 bed pool villa will feel like home from home with everything you need to make your holiday perfect! Situated in great location only 10 minutes to Disney Maingate. WOW!!! And is 15 min to Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal.

Our villa is located on the Clear Creek development at Woodridge, Clermont, on Hwy 27 just off Hwy192. It is positioned in a quite cul-de-sac on a oversized corner plot with large garden which is fenced. The secluded pool/patio has an alarm system so our young visitors are safe 24hrs a day.
At the entrance to the Woodridge development you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, take-aways. A super walmart and restaurants are only 5 minute drive from the villa.
The bars and restaurants along the 192 and Downtown Kissimee are all easily accessible along with golf courses, horse riding, fishing and much more.
The Atlantic coast is about an hours drive away – A must Daytona beach where you can drive on the beach (weather permitting).
The Gulf Coast is less than 2 hours away where you can visit Tampa, Bush gardens, Cleawater.
The villa is ideal to relax in after all the rushing around at the parks or shopping.



Our Villa Accomodation
The light and airy air conditioned villa comprises of:

Kitchen:
The large separate kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. It has a breakfast table (seats 4), cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, glassware, Iron and ironing Board, Highchair.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage accessible from hall
Family Room/Dining Area.
The spacious family room has 2 large sofas with TV, cable, DVD and music system, NOW WITH WIRELESS INTERNET. You can sit and look out the patio doors onto the pool area whilst watching the local wildlife. The patio doors have alarm system to stop younger visitors accessing the pool without your knowledge.
Within this large living area is a 6 place dining table.

Bedrooms.
The tastefully decorated bedrooms are roomy with built in wardrobes.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, tall boy chest of draws and walk in wardrobe. It has TV, and cable, alarm clock. The en suite bathroom has bath, shower, toilet, and double sink basins.
The next two double rooms have a Queen and Full size size beds with bedside tables, dressing table, built in wardrobes, with TV and DVD.

The two twin rooms have been decorated in a childrens theme. One room is decorated as a Princess room, the other is a sports theme, they have two single beds, chest of draws, built in wardrobes, TV/cable and DVD player.

A cot is also available (stored in Master Bedroom cupboard).

Bathrooms.
En suite bathroom in master bedroom.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Separate toilet with hand basin.

Garage.
Double garage accessible from hall with child strollers (pushchairs), washing machine and dryer.
Pool.
The fully screened pool and patio area are secluded and not overlooked from rear. The patio dining area in covered so you can sit and eat or just relax out of the sun for a while. Pool ranges in depth 1.0m to 2.0m with heating and cleaning system, (pool heating can be arrange for additional cost of $100.00 per week).
The patio is furnished with a range of chairs and sun beds. There is fencing around the garden making it secure and private.

Sleeping.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
5 bedrooms – 3 doubles and 2 twin with a queen size

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

A travel cot and high chair are available.


General
Our villa provides lovely spacious accommodation for a large family or two families. The private pool allows you to just relax whilst recovering from the hectic day at the parks.
The management company is close by giving you peace of mind should the need arise.

The villa has plenty of entertainment with cable TV, DVD, music system . A phone is available to make local calls or receive calls. We now have wireless internet.

A Fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located in the kitchen.

The villa is fitted with a safe for your use please specify when booking if required .

This is a No Smoking villa. Except in designated areas.

The vicinity is ideal for getting to all attractions and beaches.

A car is essential for getting around.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
