Pamuk Tarlasi ("Cotton Fields") is a beautiful villa situated in its own grounds 12 minutes walk from the village centre of Dalyan.
Built in the style of the local Mugla architecture (combining stone and render) it also has a feel of the Colonial architecture associated with the cotton plantations. Inside it has a number of unique features including a balcony, with views of mountains and the pools. The large arched windows were made individually by the local craftsmen and make the upstairs lounge, combining with the ornate wood ceiling, a real feature of the house. The lounge has a TV and DVD player and also a JBL ipod/phone player producing excellent sound reproduction.
The gardens are now maturing beautifully and as well as privacy, now provide a variety of fruit throughout the year. The swimming pool and adjoining paddling pool are meticulously maintained on a daily basis. There are eight sun loungers, each with a comfortable mattress. Sun umbrellas are also provide for shade in the heat of the mid-day sun. Next to the pool there is a bar area with a sink and fridge and ample quantities of plastic glasses to avoid any danger of breakages next to the pool. A CD player is there to provide music with a large selection of cd's but also on which to play your own. There is a table seating 8 for outside eating and also a BBQ. The reverse side of the BBQ has a shower for pool cleanliness.
