We wouldnt have booked to go back a second time to this fantasic villa if we hadnt enjoyed it so much the first time. There is plenty to do and see in the area if you want but the pool area is so relaxing that somedays its such a shame to move. Lovely beaches bars and plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. In fact you are spoilt for choice. The views of the mountains are superb. The photos underestimate the villa. The owner has excelled himself with the standards he offers for complete stranger to share. Hopefully we are going back again next year for our 40th anniversary and taking the family. Whoever books this villa will not be disappointed. If they are they must be very hard to please. The only thing is you do need car but they drive same side as us.

We spent a week in this property in August 2012. This was our honeymoon and what a start to married life .
What a fabulous property. Its very clean, it truly is like home from home. It actually is far better than the pictures. So very quite with beautiful views of the mountians around.
The pool is lovely and clean and very well maintained. The attention to detail in the house has been done with so much loving care. A fantastic villa. It truly was beautiful.
You have all you could wish for , a terrace to see the wonderful sunsets, relax and have a drink,a bbq, which you can use and a fully equipt kitchen if you should choose to cook. A terrace to eat your breakfast which overlooks the pool.
We would also recommend the local resturants especially Calamari, which provides faboulous food.
Its a lovely country and the people are so very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at the Hibiscus Villa in August and boy was it hot thank god for the AC in all the rooms. The villa was fabulous with everthing that you could want it was like a home from home.
The pool was fantastic and everything was well maintained.
We had a super stay here with our family ( teenagers.) really relaxing and comfortable. Look forward to a return visit in the future.

Returned yesterday after spending two weeks at this fantastic villa.with my husband and two friends. The photographs do not do the villa justice. The setting was superb. A backdro p of the mountains with the sea in the foreground. Plenty of places of interest to visit and some beautiful beaches and coves to relax on if you can tear yourself away from the inviting pool and terraces of the villa itself. Mr Hall has done well.Nothing is too much trouble even to providing a mobile phone for use whist away. He has invited you into a home not a holiday property. The personel touches are in evidence. Any problem problem is sorted out promptly and courtiously.
The shaded terrace area gives the ideal place for that relaxing drink while watching the spectacular sunsets befor going for that evening meal at one of the many delightful restruants. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We will definately be going back.

Spent a fabulous 12 days in Hibiscus Villa with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson and had a great stay. The villa is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and served our purpose to a T. It felt just like a home, not a holiday place.
I know the area quite well, having spent a few holidays there with my wife, and we have now bought a villa to live in most of the year because we love North Cyprus so much. For anyone needing to rent a villa, Hibiscus Villa is ideally situated for all parts of the North.

i spent 15 days with my family at this villa and was wonderful holiday for all of us. Villa owner Mr. Hall is so helpfull. He is reliable and honest. if you have any question about anything, be sure he will answer quickly. Villa has everything you will need at your holiday. North Cyprus is very beatiful country. i definately recommend you this villa. Will come back again.

Over the years we have stayed in many properties but this is by far the best. We had a two week stay in August 09 and enjoyed every minute. The pictures on the website do not actually do it full justice, in reality it is far better. The setting is very picturesque with Mountain and Sea views, the accommodation is of a very high standard and is very spacious with three excellent bedrooms, one being ensuite, downstairs comprises of a large lounge, kitchen and dining area. The Pool and garden area are very well maintained and there is also an external lounge area which has a cooling breeze and is great for evening drinks and watching the sun set.
Local amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance and beaches are close by.
I would definately recommend this Villa.

Just come back from a 2-week stay and the villa was excellent. The pictures only give a glimpse of how big the villa is. The pool, fittings etc are just like home from home and I would be surprised if anybody didn`t enjoy a stay at this villa. The owner has thought of everything, the folder marked " important information" gives some good ideas of things to do around the villa both inside and out, with helpful suggestion’s of places to eat and things to do.
Myself, my wife and 2 young boys had a great holiday and a big part of that was staying in this lovely clean fresh villa. I can truly say this has been one of the most relaxing holiday’s we have had and the local, shop, restaurant, cafe owners could not have been more helpful. YOU MOST GIVE IT A GO !!

A beautiful villa in an ideal location. It was furnished to a high standard and had everything that we could possibly need. I wouldnt consider staying anywhere else in Cyprus and would definitely recommend this villa to a friend.

We had a super holiday at this lovely villa in September 2008. The setting was lovely and the villa itself superb. It was spacious and very well appointed. There is a lovely pool and sitting on the terrace enjoying a sundowner was a regular passtime. We will definitely return.

Fabulous villa and pool plenty of cds and dvds for when you cant stand the heat outdoors or for a relaxing night in. Couple of lovely restaurants withing walking distance of villa also big supermarket for all your needs. Lovely peaceful setting with views of mountains and sea.

We've been renting properties in North Cyprus for 10years and this is the best so far.It has everything you could possibly want and has been furnished to a very high standard, it really is a home from home with lovely views.There are good restaurants round about and very good beaches.
I think the photos on the site don't do justice to the house it really is much nicer than it looks.

This villa is more like your own second home than a rented property. Everything you could possibly wish for is contained in the villa. It is well located and not too far for the energetic children and adults to walk to the shops. There is even a mobile phone that you can put credit on and use to make calls.
This is undoubtedly the best villa we have stayed in and Tony Hall was so helpful and courteous. The north of Cyprus is beautiful, the people are friendly and prices are unbelieveably inexpensive

Last summer my friends and I went to this villa for a week!!!
We all had a really good week and would definitely return to northern cyprus. There is a wide range of activities to do in the surrounding areas and is great for all ages!!!
Going out to eat and drink is really good value for money and the atmosphere is great.
The villa its self contains every thing that you need and there is plenty of room for a group of 6 people. The swimming pool is a great place to cool off after being in the sun all day! If the sun gets to hot then you can relax in the outside, bamboo covered seating area!!
