An appealing town house with a superb roof terrace that has 8 sun beds on it and views across the village and mountains. We stayed for one week at the beginning of August and had a good holiday. It is well equipped for large parties, we were twelve and the house accommodated us easily.
Just two things to be aware of we had to pay an extra 80 Euros for the twelfth bed as there are only 11 beds supplied although the house is advertised as sleeping 12 and we also had £100 taken from our breakage deposit for electricity with no proof of usage supplied despite a request for one.

Having followed the instructions to collect the keys, we discovered that none had been left for us. This was frankly a very poor start to the holiday and it was only thanks to a competent friend in the UK that we managed to get hold of the owner and access the property. The house was very good in many ways and accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. We were unable to open some of the shutters in the bedrooms on the first floor which made the house feel quite dismal and not all of the towel rails worked either. Not ideal. My usually competent husband was unable to sort out the gas for the cooker in the lower kitchen, which meant we had to use the hob on the upstairs terrace. This was mildy inconvenient. The location of the property was perfect for walks into Pollensa and the children loved the pool on the top floor terrace. In the main, we had good weather so we were up there a lot. The house was tastefully furnished.
Owner reply:
We were very sorry that this holiday maker encountered some problems which we have now rectified. Unfortunately there was a problem with our keylock access box, the correct instructions were not on the villa renters website - they are now. All the shutters are now fully operational. We have never had anyone not be able to work the gas before! But we have now left point by point instructions as to how to connect the gas bottles.

Chosen for the number of bedrooms and proximity to the centre of Pollenca it did not disappoint - 2 minutes to the nearest bakery. One twin room was bit below parr but otherwise the property exceeded our expectations in size & comfort, the photos really hadn't done it justice. We stayed over Christmas & New Year, central heating and a wonderful open fire made it really cosy, it was just a pity it was too cold to make full use of the roof top terrace! The local agent sorted out our minor queries really quickly. A good, hassle free holiday was had by all.
