Great location for first time visitors. Everything within walking distance or available by easily accessible tram stops. Amazing views of the city. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Clean and comfortable.

Jason a quick email to thank you for allowing us to lease your beautiful apartment. The facilities within the apartment were great and the pool area was certainly appreciated. Top views, especially at night really enhanced our stay. It was wonderful being so close to the Casino and to the city area. Just one thingan extra key for the apartment would have been a huge bonus. We highly recommend your apartment and hope to be able to visit again in the not too distant future

Jason, thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment. It was more than comfortable for 3 couples, one 3 year old, a one year old and a six month old baby. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities were all more than adequate. The views were amazing, and we were close to South Bank and the Crown Casino precint. It was only a short walk to the CBD to catch the free Circle tram, and it was in easy walking distance of Ethiad Stadium and the MCG. Our family had an enjoyable time there!

Although we did feel the apartment was reasonable value for the money, it was represented as a luxury apartment and the pictures also reflected a level of comfort that was not present in the actual accomodation. We enjoyed it for its location alone, in the heart of Melbourne. The linens were not adequate for a family of four and although there were many pillows there were only pillow cases for the pillows that were on the bed! There were only two bath towels per person which we felt was very scanty because you do not come all that way to stay in doing laundry to keep yourselves in fresh towels. Also the place was cold. Even though we turned the thermostat up,only the living and dining areas would warm up. We froze in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I'm afraid we could not recommend it to our friends.

I am surprised by this guests comments as I stayed in communication with them for weeks after their stay and they never indicated any dissatisfaction to me during or after their stay.
The guests left an electronic device in the apartment that I was trying to return to them in Canada. Only after they made a decision not to have it returned due to the expense of returning it did they post this unfavourable review.
I can confirm that the apartment is as described. The furnishings have been upgraded since some of the photos were taken. The apartment is described as luxury because the high quality furnishings, space and views from the apartment justify the description and many guests have commented that the apartment is "luxurious". We also have additional free services not normally supplied in an apartment or hotel such as free use of computer and wifi internet access.
The reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating systems works perfectly in the apartment. It is an advanced system that seperates heating systems in living area and bedrooms. The guests must have neglected to use the remote controls for the bedroom heating and probably left the bedrooms airconditioning on instead of heating.
The apartment is advertised as a fully self-contained unit and not a full service Hotel, this is also reflected in the low price we offer compared to Hotels. We do not claim to give daily servicing like a Hotel. Our terms and conditions state that we can give "additional" servicing for a fee but these guests never made any requests to us for any such servicing. We have never had any complaints in regards to our linen and towelling. We do have many pillows in storage for guests because they are of different firmness. Some guests are fussy about the firmness of their pillows and we wanted to accommodate as many preferences as possible. We do not expect guests to use ALL pillows in the apartment at the same time, hence they are not all covered with pillow cases.
Again, I am very disappointed that Anne Marie did not raise any of these concerns or issues with me and gave me the impression that they had a great stay. I believe this review was very unfair.

02/23/08 The Apartment was to our expectations, views were out standing location excellent and furnishing comfortable. Communications were faultless, with quick response time from the owner.
